Mother Charged With Injuring Daughter, Accused Of Killing Son



2:58 p.m. EST January 26, 2007
DETROIT - Detroit police are investigating the death of a 16-month old boy and injuries to his twin sister. Francina Katina Shepard, the mother of the twins, was charged Friday in the beating of the surviving twin.

Prosecutors are waiting for toxicology reports before they can make charges in the death of the other infant.

Neighbors said they watched police carry out the son in a body bag Tuesday and rushed his twin sister to the hospital.

Local 4 has learned Shepard has a history with the state. She has three other children who have been removed her care and taken into Child Protective Services.

The crypt

The Crypt was designed to resemble a Mycenean beehive tomb and was probably intended as a place to honour high ranking SS Leaders - twelve plinths are spaced around its circular walls as resting places for funereal urns. The shape of the room and its acoustics and lighting were all designed to create a solemn and mysterious atmosphere. The lightwells illuminate the centre of the room where an eternal flame was to have burnt. Above it, at the apex of the domed crypt ceiling, is a relief of an ornate swastika.

I love hearing Wewelsburg talk about Odinism. He keeps it so interesting. I hardly ever listen to this live and I just can't step away from my PC!

George Catlin's "Letters And Notes On North American Indians" 1839. Many of the Mandan tribe members including the cheif was painted by Catlin a self trained artist who left Pittsburgh at 19 in 1819 and he treked out to upper MO. River. Catlin wrote about and painted the Mandan's as Lewis and Clark did. The tribe was 60% White, and they had a unique village. The Mandan women wore shawls to protect their faces from the summer Sun, and 40% of the tribe was mixed race.

There was a ships bow in the center of their compound that the Mandans did not know of its origin exactly if I remember correctly, and was like a Viking boat bow.

No matter what try to see a large book that came out in 1979 with his art work and writing's, the book cost $225 back then!

His work The King's Two Bodies is also excellent, and I'd recommend it strongly to anyone interested in Medieval politics.

I have always been somewhat of a Medievalist, and I find the details of the Investiture Contest quite fascinating.

You're quite welcome. I've read nearly all of his works and I have seldom found an author that sparks my imagination quite like he does.

Your knowledge of the esoteric traditions is always interesting and worth listening to. I've been interested in mysticism, Hermeticism, chaos magick, etc., for the last few years.

Reading Men Among the ruins has really opened my eyes to the notion of an organic state, and I feel that it is truly a goal to work towards.
