I am not a feminist screaming how equal I am, I don't think that at all.

In the ideal man-woman relationship, I see each partner playing an equal but complimentary role. In the rhetoric of the liberals and feminists, the word "equal" is always synonymous with "the same". I don't see why men and women can't be equal, while acknowledging that they are not "the same".

I do generally think that women should be subservient to men. In return for this subservience, it is the man's reponsibility to take care of her, protect her, love her. Perhaps a relationship with a subservient male and the woman in charge could work, but I have a hard time imagining a relationship in which both partners try to lead lasting very long.

I find men who beat or otherwise abuse their wives, girlfriends, or daughters despicable. But I do realize that some women are nasty little bitches who like to play head games, and in cases like that, it could be that they had it coming.
