Where could I get a pair of these jack boots before it starts snowing here? Would love to have others see my boot prints. Could I get them here in Germany?

Try China. Thats where they are made. At a very high mark-up to you of course. Remember, the NA is a for profit corporation! Don't waste your money on boots that will melt in the rain.
