TRULY ANGELIC ARYAN MUSIC AND VOICES

Wow, Enya is beautiful. I like that tomboyish but sophisticated short hairdo on her.

And actually Orinoco Flow is not her best song. She was on the soundtrack for Lord of the Rings as well. She was in another family band called Clannad. They are on Last of the Mohicans "I will find you" and also "Theme From Harry's Game", from the film Patriot Games.
Loreena McKennitt is also exceptional for Celtic music.

Enya is the best female singer in the world, I think. An Irish angel sent down from heaven to comfort the white race in its time of tribulation on this wretched, dark world.

And before there was an Ireland there was Celtic people and culture which did not actually orginate in the Uk. I think without the Celts Ireland and Scotland would be nothing.

Here's the Celtic Woman version of Orinoco Flow with a much better sound quality than the first one I posted: http://youtube.com/watch?v=4ZWpyvNlYls

Thanks for the post. Got more like it?

That guy is just amazing on that flute. Amazing how such a simple device can produce such wonderful music.

Enya is great. I downloaded all of her albums. Good, clean Celt music.

My own favorite singer of all time was also on LOTR soundtracks. Elisabeth Fraser (formerly of Cocteau Twins) gets my vote for the angelic female lyric voice. I like Enya as well, though. Anyone who likes Enya might like Cocteau Twins though it is no guarantee. CT are considered inventors of the "dream pop" genre that influenced a lot of groups. Most of their songs are not "celtic" in the strict sense of that genre but more like operatic vocals set to rock and pop type music.

Much as I like those two ladies, I still get a lot out of Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash and Queensryche (esp. Revolution Calling).

I too am an Enya fan: have her albums Watermark, Shepherd Moons & The Memory of Trees. Lush, gorgeous music. My only complaint is that all the soothing tunes could do with a little up-tempo levening.

A White lady singer I love even more is Kate Bush - a true musical genius.

Do you mean dream dance music like Robert Miles? Zhivago?
