There's a reason for the super-mega-extra-deluxe floppy breasts. When they carry their baby nogs on their backs, the tits are long enough so the baby nog can suckle while being carried. Don't talk about this too much with our nogs here, it may become one of their next silly fads.

I was in Africa once and I saw a museum to these kinds of people. The other thing I learned is that they put their mouths up to their baby's ass and blow air (maybe suck?) in order to relieve constipation.
