Victor Hill, Clayton County Georgia's first nigger sheriff (pictured below) fired a group of county officers, mostly Whites, when he took office several years ago. The group has been awarded $7 million as a settlement in the case.

$7 Million Settlement For Fired Clayton Deputies

JONESBORO, Ga. -- Clayton County commissioners have approved a multi-million dollar settlement for sheriff's department employees whom Sheriff Victor Hill fired on his first day in office in January 2005.

Harlan Miller is lead attorney for the plaintiffs in a lawsuit. He says the settlement approved last night likely will mean about $7 million for the 34 workers.

The money will come from a $5 million county insurance fund and likely from money collected from Fulton County for inmates housed in the Clayton County Jail.

Clayton County Commission Chairman Eldrin Bell says no taxpayer money will be used to pay for the settlement.

The firing of the workers on January 3, 2005, drew national attention and sparked an ongoing feud between Hill and some county commissioners.

Deputies summoned the employees to the jail that morning and stripped them of their guns and badges. Sheriff's office snipers stood guard on the jail's roof as the 27 fired workers were escorted out. Another seven workers later joined the lawsuit, claiming wrongful treatment by Hill.

Hill, the county's first black sheriff, said that day he inherited what he called a "dysfunctional organization" and said the firings were part of his plan to clean up the 331 employee office.

The next day Clayton County Superior Court Judge Stephen Boswell ruled the employees were fired without cause, and they went back to work about two months later.

The workers, most of whom are white, sued the county, claiming they were fired because of their race or because they supported Hill's opponent in the 2004 sheriff's race.

Several county commissioners, including Bell, supported the workers.

Typical dumb fucking Nigger, this Eldrin Bell.

Do Nigger county commissioners like Eldrin Bell pay out of pocket to fund the $5 million county insurance fund? Nope, that's taxpayer money.

When Fulton County pays Clayton County to house its Nigger criminals, do their county commissioners have car wash fundraisers to pay for that?? Nope, that's taxpayer money too.

And what of Clayton County Nigger Sheriff Victor Hill, does he pay any price for being an incompetent racist nigger? Nope, the taxpayers of Clayton County continue to pay his salary.

The only good thing to come of this is 34 White men getting almost $206,000 apiece. They can thank the ignorant Nigger voters of Clayton County for that.

Eldrin Bell is part of the group of high yellow nigger elite that controls government and politics in the Atlanta area. He used to be the Police chief of the City of Atlanta.

I hope now the good people of Clayton county realize the costs of having an ignorant nigger as a sheriff. In this case, it was $7 million. Maybe they'll do better the next time they have an opportunity to go to the polls.

David Duke was hot on this case a few years back. I'm glad the fired whites are getting recompense.

It shows the arrogance of niggers once they get some power and attempt to extract some revenge on whitey.

It's usually like talking to a brick wall, but I'll tell white libs or lemmings that if they think that blacks will return the altruism they give to blacks they are dreaming. They'll be in for a rude awakening.

Imagine if Barrack Obama becomes president.

So even when they're fired, White kwaps are bleeding profuse amounts of wealth from the White working class. Who else is going to be paying out these millions? The kwaps are actually getting paid far more to do absolutely nothing than they would if they had to work for it.

"Work" in kwapland consists of pulling people over and getting a rush from holding power over normal Whites.

Looks like that nigger sheriff is costing the county a lot in insurance costs.

Clayton County commissioners have approved a proposed multimillion-dollar settlement for 34 county sheriff's employees who say they were wrongfully terminated or mistreated by Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill, but attorneys in the case caution the dispute is not settled.

THE LATEST

The agreement still must be approved by Hill's attorneys, the attorneys representing the employees and U.S. District Judge Thomas Thrash, who is presiding over a consent decree that requires him to approve any personnel changes in the Sheriff's Office. "We're optimistic it will get done, but it's still not a done deal," the sheriff's lead attorney, John Stivarius, said Wednesday.

THE COST

Harlan Miller, the workers' lead attorney, has guessed the settlement will be about $7 million. The county plans to pay for the settlement from an insurance fund, supplemented with revenue Fulton County has agreed to pay for keeping Fulton inmates in the Clayton County Jail.

FINANCIAL FALLOUT

Although County Commission Chairman Eldrin Bell says the county won't have to use tax revenues for the settlement, the lawsuit will cost taxpayers in other ways.

The county's annual insurance premium more than doubled, to $220,533, according to Katherine Dodson, Clayton's risk management director. The county's policy retention — similar to a deductible — rose from $150,000 to $500,000 for any claim against Hill, Dodson said. That deductible would come from taxpayer funds.

"The cost to the county is the higher insurance premiums, which we are already paying because of the increased risk in covering the sheriff," said County Commissioner Wole Ralph.

POLITICAL FALLOUT

Two men have filed paperwork to raise campaign contributions to run for sheriff against Hill in 2008, and three others have said they will run against Hill.

"To run the jail and the Sheriff's Office, you need some management experience and I think if [Hill] had that, he would not have fired those people," said College Park police Lt. Ernest Strozier, who is running for sheriff.

PENDING

Two lawsuits between Hill and county commissioners remain unresolved in the county's court system.
