I for one find the whole deal a bit tedious. Having Elisha and Red onboard is a MAJOR boon for us. Already, Elisha has made it so that you don't have to sign your name to rep anymore.

This was after Alex himself had stated that "Geoff is no longer a mod" and HGeoff had concurred. Steve B will remember. So the point is-- Red and I have known each other long before you were on SF. Plus, admins here can be capricious, using the priesthood of technology. I also do not think it's very irresponsible for a young woman in a new position to make it one of her first orders of business to run down Rounder, who has done so much for VNN and been an inspiration to so many of us. (By the way, Rob, you don't like or get along with Rounder-- isn't that right? So maybe my posting in support of Rounder is troubling to you) Red's life expereinces are obviously limited. Rounder was in Viet Nam. Red's living memories do not stretch back that far cause the war ended in 73 before she was even born. I don't much care what Rounder did then or where he took his R&R. Very, very poor character style for Red to run down Rounder.
