Jordan Talbot, 20, of London is charged with three counts of assaulting police, obstructing police, breaching a condition of his release, assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm and disarming a police officer.

There was a pretty infamous resident of Windsor, Lonnie Talbot, who was declared a Dangerous Offender a few years back. I wonder if this person is related?

I know the area where that attack happened. It was a shithole back in the 80's and 90's, and still is today.

They even went so far as to rename it "Marconie Bolevard", after the Marconie Club which is nearby. Before that, it was known as "Cascade Ave".

Around five years ago, the place was infested with shitskinned spic gang members, and was so bad the police wouldn't even go down to that end of town.
