Everyone is taught in school how awful it would be if Hitler and the Nazis would have won in WWII (the victors write the history). I was contemplating how terrible it would be if Hitler would have been victorious.

Europe would be 100% or near 100% Aryan. The United States would still have some blacks (we were too lazy to pick our own cotton) but the county would be segregated.

Actually, not to be pedantic but I doubt rock music would even exist let alone " Rammstein' -- a more superior form of electronic/Industrial neo classical music/opera perhaps .. like a futuristic Wagner or Castrati with electronic perhaps even industrial type elements (like Rammstein and Einsturzende use).

No Rammstein industrial/rock and no Industrial dadaistic stuff like Einsturzende Naubauten -- I'm sure dadaism in general would have been classified as something for untermenschen.
