View Full Version : New 'speeding laws' came into effect in Ontario. More slow murder of our freedoms.

Canadian 'Highway Traffic Act' is unlawful bullshit in the first place. Mostly designed to steal people's money. See my posts on David K. Lindsay.

[Rant mode on]
Looks like cops will be happy to 'legally' steal your car. I suspect they have some sweet deals with car impound lots. The cited OPP 'statistic' stating that about 25% of all vehicle accidents are due to excessive speed is in my opinion bullshit. Cops are not known for their intelligence or trustworthiness too for that matter. There is a big difference between dangerous driving such as weaving in and out, cutting people off suddenly and dangerously close, etc. and just driving even 150km/h or even faster on a highway in good conditions. Did you ever notice that 'speed limits' are not adjusted for winter time when roads can be literal skating rinks at times? Did you notice that kids on schoolbuses do not wear seatbelts? Most people do drive reasonably safe. It's rare that I see a dangerous idiot on city streets and very few people on HWY 401 drive faster than 140km/h. The problem is not speed itself but rather dangerous driving. That new section 172 of the 'Highway Traffic Act' quietly turns something that is perfectly safe into a crime. Actually they already turned 'speeding' into a crime long time ago, it's just that now they want to syphon more money out of us. The only legitimate reason that cops/courts should be allowed to use to take away your (I don't want to say 'licence to drive' as a licence is a permission granted by gov/courts that permit you to do something that is normally considered unlawful, but there is and never was anything unlawful about traveling (note I did not write 'driving') your own automobile on the public highways) freedom to travel in a car is if you're causing accidents, i.e. you're a danger to the public. But we already had laws for removing dangerous idiots from the public, so why all these nitty gritty bullshit laws? Easy, to murder our rights and steal our money. There are thousands of those laws. Sections upon sections and subsections that no average citizen can be expected to know them all. Even lawyers these days have to specialize. All those bullshit 'laws' that murder our freedoms will have to be overturned and every fucking politician that voted for them will have to pay the penalty... how about making them work (actual productive work) for all the money they caused to be stolen from the citizens.

Here's a scenario and a question for you to consider (turn on your abstract processing unit). Suppose you drove a car for 20 years since you were 16 years old and never had an accident, you're a good safe driver. One day you drive to work 10km in busy city traffic. When you get to work you realize you forgot your wallet at home wich of course had all your important documents including your 'driver's licence'. How in the hell were you any more of a 'danger' to the public by driving without your 'driver's licence' than if you were driving with it? Here's another question, actually pretty much same as the first. Imagine now that you also just remembered that your insurance expired last day. How any more 'dangerous' were you to the public by driving without any insurance? Of course the answer to both of those rhetorical questions is NONE! Yet according to our current 'laws' you have committed an 'offence' and if a cop/gov thief has caught you, you'd be handed a stiff ticket if that cop wasn't in a good mood that day. ISN'T THIS JUST MOTHER-FUCKING THEFT?!?!?! FUCK THIS BULLSHIT!!! Eh... English is so poor in swearwords. I could swear in Polish but then most of you wouldn't understand. This criminal system must change, it must fall. We must change it. I can't do it alone and neither can Dave Lindsay do it alone. Me and Dave together can't do it just the two of us. With 50 people you might have something. But but but... if even 100 people in a city of 300,000+ like London ON started driving without car insurance (WHICH IS UNLAWFUL THEFT, ALWAYS WAS) we could cripple the system. With a little legal knowhow we could delay the court system so much and cost them so much money that they'd have to let us go. Some of us would surely be persecuted and prosecuted by the government mafia for our rebellion. That's why we'd need to be organized and help eachother out. Organized few will beat many disorganized. If cops steal your car because you decided to take a stand and assert your rights and freedoms we should have friends willing to help out, give a ride to work or even lend a rarely used 3rd car. We CAN challenge the laws' constitutionality like Dave Lindsay is doing. We surely CAN SPREAD THE WORD THAT THE SYSTEM IS CORRUPT. Many people don't even know that at one point we never needed to pay car insurance in order to be allowed to drive, or licence plate registration fees (Registration = confiscation as Dave says). Let them know. Insert some abstract ideas into their minds. Tell people that the government is stealing their money that way. Everybody wants to have more money, even total idiots understand the value of more cash in their bank accounts. We have to start somewhere and that is very easy and still 'legal' to do. Thank goddess for the INTERNET. Government mafia and the cops can't quite yet stop us from spreading freedom ideas. After we make enough people aware we'll have to find enough who are not cowards and who will be willing to revolt against the system. I can tell this will be very hard in Canada. We have to start somewhere though. Change comes through pressure and it must be pressure in the right direction. So far most of the changes in this country such as this new section of the HTA are leading us slowly into tyranny. You may not go 140km/h safely on a good highway, you may not criticize non-White immigration, you may not say the N-word, you may not say the J-word. Where the hell is this country heading? Hell? Do devils have any kinds of freedoms in hell? I don't know, this is Earth and I don't want our future descendants to live under a tyranny, do you?

And so the theft begins... I mean... and so it continues.

Ontario is just about unlivable for a white man anymore.

Had enough government sanctioned theft of your money and property and murder of your rights and freedoms? Are you just going to vote the Conservatives out by voting Liberal in the next election because you feel 'it's time for change'? I'd say it's time to scrap all the laws, the constitution, even the Magna Carta and start from scratch.
