"Who is White" tends to vary between individual to individual, and I guess it's subjective to a certain degree.
There's a girl at one of my accounts that I'm guessing is of some type of Latin/Spanish extraction (didn't think it was a good idea to ask her about her ethnic makeup). She has Aryan morphology (not sure if that is the right term) and a pleasing Aryan personality (quality), but skin tone is slightly darker than pristine white (I know that skin tone can be dictated by climate, not just race).
To put her in visual terms I'd say her phenotype is very similar to an Antonio Banderas.

Although her skin tone might be a bit closer to Mexican Muds that are running around my area, I wouldn't put her in the same racial classification, not even close.
