Traffic in the horribly overpopulated Toronto is a nightmare any day of the week, never mind when an accident causes a miles long backup, which these days is pretty much a daily occurence.
Why don't home builder companies get together with the authorities of one or more big cities and agree to build 'child'/'sister' cities far away, at least 100km away. Canada is huge, so space is not a problem. Such a city could be built with places of work, schools,... right away, ready to be populated. I'm sure they'd have plenty of eager White families wanting to move in if they advertised to build a 'Whites only' city.
