Fluorine is THE MOST electronegative element in the periodic table, thus THE MOST reactive, THE MOST corrosive and so THE MOST poisonous.

Our D.N.A. is mostly composed of: Oxygen, Hydrogen, Carbon and Nitrogen. I'm not an expert on organic chemistry, but to my knowledge there is no role for Fluorine in our cells' chemical processes, as far as I know. Unless somebody knowledgeable can correct me on this.
Fluorine is poison for all animals.
