It wasn't about 5 minutes ago. It had a hacker site in it's place, they fixed that quick.

you probably have spyware on your computer, which is redirecting google to a advertisement site..
its possible to add a website to a file in windows called "hosts' , that will point the site to a different site, and it will still appear as being the one you typed in. like in this case, google.com is probably going to a completely different IP than is meant to.
i suggest doing a spyware scan/clean. get spybot search & destroy: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html and do a scan

You may want to run a complete check on your system for rootkits, trojans, spyware, bad hosts file, etc.. Can you check Google.com on another system? It looks normal here.
