Your welcome!

Although it seems like your dogs are more particular than you are, about what they put in their mouth!

Just a revision to the Corned Beef Hash recipe.

Make the Corned Beef yourself or get it from your local Farmer / Butcher.

Don't buy the Corned Beef from the supermarkets, especially if its from Brazil, because its rank.

Making Corned Beef

Ingredients:
Plastic bag
String or rubber band
Lean cut of boneless beef
(7-bone chuck roast, brisket or arm roast)
2 pounds of salt
2 ounces of white cane sugar
1/2 ounce of salt petre
(Generally, about 1 1/4 ounce of cure is required per pound of beef.)
Spices (such as garlic and pickling spices), optional
