A bit late, but I've used Kitco.com.

I saw that on Hal Turner's website.

I may just use that. For right now, I am just sticking to Forex.
When the US dollar crashes, everything else will go up exponentially.

KItco and FOREX can blow me
It all depends on what you want
Buy now and sell when it tops 1K
or go long and hold?
buy all at once or in increments?
If you buy in increments walk into store personally, it is always best
otherwise, you cannot beat CNI, CNI, CNI golddealer.com
APMEX is a very close second

Whatever you do DON'T buy gold ETFs like GLD or SLV.

Please read: Gold and Silver ETF's (GLD, SLV) Disparities With Gold Price Means Higher Risk (http://www.marketoracle.co.uk/Article3473.html)

PS Anyone who has bought them would do well to sell them rapidly and get physical gold (or silver).

I buy off eBay, and have always done OK there. One can snipe some interesting gold; most recent purchases were a 20-franc Helvetia, an Umberto I 20-lira, and a Saudi guinea (same specifications as a sovereign), all slightly below spot including shipping and PayPal protection.

Just some Gypsie from a Hungarian enclave in Serbia: http://www.vnnforum.com/showthread.php?p=710710#post710710
You know how Gypsies like wearing gold teeth in their mouths. Too bad gold isn't magnetic. Otherwise, you could fish them out of a crowd of Hungarians by using one of those large magnets which lift vehicles in a scrap yard

Well, I suppose I could try holding my breath – you know, just like all those Jews who survived the gas ovens. :D

Their teeth didn't smell of garlic anymore, after collection. They didn't even resemble teeth.
Here, on Jewess garlic breath:
