NNN just posted this story of a nigger football team which gang-raped a girl. They all claimed the "sex was consensual". As this is a very odd and unbelieavable defense for any but the most PC-warped, and as such mindbendings have been a long time coming...it got me to wondering- Will there ever be a future time in the United States wherein it will be essentially LEGAL to have a CONSENSUAL bullet to the brain of negroes?

I mean, in such a fictionalized, imaginary "future time", the stuff of jew-novels and jew-screenplays, for example, it would still TECHNICALLY be legal for consensual "bullets to the brain." If a football player, or four of them did it, they'd be kicked off the team. It's just that...well, the penalty for such an infraction would technically be very light, you see?

I like to think that this one, and some others like her, have "seen the light"- though admittedly, too late for their individualized White beings.

There was the infamous case of that young White prodigy in Alabama several years ago. I must research that to see what became of her legal battle.

We know it goes on. But becasue of the sensitive nature of rape and child molestation cases- we don't always finally discover which ones were White and which were not. Of course, in smaller commuinities, such things get leaked by court, police and clerical staff.

The media's usual method of indentifying or not identifying races:

Dead Teen's Mom Angry At Release In Slaying

TAMPA - One of the teenagers under investigation in the slaying of a 16-year-old girl left to die in a garbage bin was released from custody Friday by a juvenile judge.
Laisha Landrum, 16, whom Hillsborough County sheriff's investigators say beat Emily Ann Clemons repeatedly over the head with a stainless steel pot Wednesday night, was set free on house arrest. She is charged with tampering with evidence.

That decision outraged Donna Clemons, Emily's mom, who heard from deputies as she tried to complete funeral arrangements for her only child, who died at noon Friday.

``I think she should be locked up just like Rocky,'' Clemons said, referring to Rocky Almestica Jr., Landrum's 16- year-old boyfriend, also charged with evidence tampering in the case. He was ordered held in detention for violating probation.

``They both did it, they both were there; they're both killers as far as I am concerned,'' Clemons said.

David Gee, chief deputy for the sheriff's office, said the juvenile judge was bound to follow criteria and guidelines for the case, which centered only on the far less serious tampering with evidence charges.

``I can certainly understand her feelings,'' Gee said of Clemons. ``The criteria did not allow for her [Landrum] to be detained based on that charge.''

Clemons said she looks forward to the day she can see Landrum and Almestica in court.

``Their crime was vicious and I believe they will get their justice,'' she said.

Her daughter's death came one day after she was found barely alive in a garbage container, where she was dumped after being beaten in the head by a kitchen pot, the sheriff's office said.

``I pray to God nobody ever does to their child what they did to mine,'' Clemons said. ``And I will be at their trial.''

On Friday, sheriff's officials could not say when - or whether - the duo would face murder charges.

``From what I am hearing, it's going to require some additional investigation. I hate to put it in a time frame,'' Gee said. ``Jumping the gun is not always in the best interest of justice. I think our message has to be we can't make these cases without laying the proper foundation.''

On Thursday, sheriff's investigators said Landrum beat Emily Clemons about the head with a pot after Clemons left her home and showed up a few miles away at Almestica's north Tampa apartment. Landrum and Almestica are boyfriend and girlfriend and have a child. [SIZE=5][COLOR=red]Emily Clemons and Almestica dated until a year ago. [/COLOR][/SIZE]
After the beating, investigators said, both teens wrapped the body in a blanket, thinking Clemons was dead. They then threw her in a trash bin, where she remained for more than four hours until someone heard noises coming from the container.

Almestica formerly attended Roland Park Middle School but is not enrolled in any Hillsborough public school. Landrum used to attend Sligh Middle and Hillsborough High.

Clemons said her daughter did not have any restraining order against her filed by Landrum. She did acknowledge that a judge once told her daughter to stay away from Almestica after the two were passengers in a stolen car.

``They couldn't begin to know the pain they have put on me and my family,'' Clemons said. ``I know that Emily was no saint, but she did not deserve what they did to her.''

Donna Clemons and her family spent Friday gathering photographs and trying to plan for the funeral next week of her child, who, she said, loved dogs, horses and poetry. The mother and her former husband called their daughter ``Pookey Baby.''

The north Tampa resident said she was touched by the outpouring of support from fellow church members, co- workers and people she didn't even know. The telephone at Buchanan Baptist Church was ringing virtually nonstop Friday with offers of help for the family.

In her mind, there is no question that Almestica and Landrum should be charged as adults with first-degree murder. She said prosecutors should seek the death penalty.

Clemons' plans for next week include a visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Curry & Roel Funeral Homes chapel on Bearrs Avenue. The funeral will be 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Donna Clemons' sister plans to plant a live oak tree in her Wesley Chapel yard in memory of Emily.

``She was loved and she was wanted,'' the mother said of her daughter, born Christmas Day in 1987. ``And they took away my one gift from God.''
