Now if the German name has something to do with geology, that increases the likelihood. Such as, any "steins" which means stone.

So your friend could fall either way. Why dont you just cut to the chase and ask her if she is Jewish?

Women are strange enough as it is. Before the week ends I'll have a chance to ask her. Don't some jews reject the customs of Jeudaism? Eating pork or unkosher food wouldn't be a definite sign, nor would avoiding it (vegans).

Well after finally getting a chance I learned my dreaded fear was true. She's a jew. For now I'll stay friends for a while, gradually getting more distant as time progresses. I'm good. I just think that anyone that's not genetically a full Aryan must have some non-Aryan ancestors. I believe all current races came from two original: Aryan and non-Aryan. Since my hair's black the most I can do is work to help the the remnants of the Aryan race survive till tomorrow and in part having kids that are minimally non-Aryan helps.

Of course. The "Out of Africa" theory has by far the most anthropological evidence out of any of the other theories. Humans concurrently evolving into humans from lower primates throughout all the continents? How many monkeys do you live in Europe or North America? True, but "Steiner" can go either way, as in the example of the Waffen SS General Felix Steiner. But just plain "Stein" will usually be Jewish.

My German father told me years ago that the peculiar names many Jews have is just one of the many reasons they hate Germans and everybody else:
