President Bush said he's expanding the worldwide fight against AIDS.

As Bush headed to a fundraising trip in Pennsylvania, the White House announced there will be more money for a program that delivers medicines to people with the disease.

The administration said it will make an [COLOR=Red]extra $20 million available right away[/COLOR] for the program. The administration also said it will make Vietnam the 15th country in its [COLOR=Red][SIZE=3]$15 billion plan to combat AIDS[/SIZE][/COLOR].

Officials have said Vietnam is on the brink of an AIDS epidemic, with cases expected to surge over the next few years.

Today, Bush is visiting a Philadelphia church and raising money for the GOP. It's his 29th visit as president to Pennsylvania, a key state in his re-election campaign.
A lot of this money will go to the world shithole known as Africoonia. :mad:

Happier? Probably not but at least it would make more sense in that those fags are tax-paying American citizens. And why must that money be set aside for worthless causes/people? If FedZOG doesn't need it for a worthwhile cause then that money shouldn't have been taken from the citizens in the first place. Somebody earned it and FedZOG stole it at gunpoint.
