Hey Jerry,
How was the NA set up, and what would be your suggestions if you were to set up something like that? I'd appreciate any insight you have to offer.
Regards,
The National Alliance was established as a non-stock corporation under the laws of Virginia. Its legal custodian was a board of directors, of which Dr. Pierce was the chairman. In practice, the other board members (Kitty Molz, Bob DeMarais, Fred Streed, Erich Gliebe) were silent on NA policy while Dr. Pierce was alive, since it was obvious that the organization was Dr. Pierce's project in the first place and that he could run it much better than anyone else could.

The Local Units were affiliates, using the National Alliance name and trademarks on license, or with permission. That's what membership was: permission to use the National Alliance name and trademarks. The Local Units were not an integral part of the NA corporation; they could, if they wished, leave en masse and join another group, and all it would have cost them is their license to use the National Alliance name and trademarks. We generally kept the Local Units because the NA was the best group around, and most of the reason for that was Dr. Pierce.

I'm not qualified to set up a similar organization because I lack leadership ability. I'm smart & honest enough to know my limits, at least, which is more than can be said for the hundred or so pretenders you can find within White nationalism at present. Why don't people ever listen to me when I tell them that a real leader never needs to refer to his own leadership abilities? Oh well. Maybe evolution will improve the herd in time.
