I think amren.com is a great beginners site for people who aren't yet WN,for people who flyer they should list them. I know some WN's don't like them because they don't talk about all of our problems, but he's managed to make an everyman's site. He reaches out to frightened people to make them feel comfortable about talking about discrimination against whites. I like Mr Taylor very much , I think he is pretty street smart, he's figured out a way to represent us without them being able to bash him . Alot of the people writing in there are just average people that are fed up and need support. It's kind of like being in high school where you take different courses to learn , his group makes people comfortable and maybe prepares them for learning more later on. VNN appeals to people that are are more aware and are angry about what's happened to us. I don't understand people that attack him, he could be sitting back living a real comfortable life like alot of the well-off people do. Racially aware people should be very grateful for him because he could lead alot of average whites to this movement and then we'd have more people to count on. It is like being in high school and we got a lot of different teachers now.

Right.
Amren and NNN are the two links you can safely give to newbies. Usually in that order -- let them read Amren to get them focused, then NNN will get them in further.
Despite complaints, NNN is a great resource:

Exactly. People have to get used to ideas that were until now suppressed for them. You can't expect them to take more than one step at one time.

dont forget to follow with these folks with progressively more frank and sophisticated material. there is an art to that. VNN is definitely a 300 level course.
NOPErs will standardize their material somewhat and they will be adequate 200 level stuff. that's fine if they pump out a lot of it.
What you learn from the gateway, to the NOP level study, to your capstone study at VNN should precede your next level, your "application" or "field study" in which you apply what you have learned in life to some project which will advance our cause.
A person that only lurks and studies all of this without taking any steps to help move things forward, ceases to advance and develop. Once you have been at VNN a while you should either affirmatively be doing something to either assist Alex or start a project of your own or both. I dont care if that's a few gifts in the mail, or perhaps regular flyering, or perhaps starting your own local "study group." Just making money and helping seed and fertilize new fields is important if that is your strength.
I have long thought of VNN as a think tank, a graduate study course, and it has made me believe in the viability of the strategy that I call anti-Frankfurt school. You can be a part of this historical conquest.

Amren has a good news index on their front page now as well.

Here is a great thing, I think Jared is on the board. More academic than amren, but very good. Tons of KMD stuff-

It is like being in high school and we got a lot of different teachers now.
OK, consider Prof. Linder's lecture on JARED:
Ed. Note: Let's clear this up once and for all. Sam Francis and Jared Taylor are both COMPLETELY AND 100% AWARE OF THE JEWS. Waking up, realizing, etc., has absolutely nothing to do with why they won't name the jew. The two do function, against their intention, as gateways for folks who find their way to the plain truth on display at VNN. Should they be praised for results they don't intend? I don't think so. For every man they unintentionally point our direction, they persuade five more that the System can be changed from within. When a man with Sam Francis' credentials, and I refer not to his Ph.D. but his intelligence and analytical ability, works within the System, he grants it a legitimacy he knows it does not deserve. He functions to uphold and sustain it. So he deserves no credit from our side. We at VNN are the real opposition to the Jewish Tyranny and we take pains to distinguish our genuine opposition from Francis' fake.

[BTW, I'm unsure why he is so much angrier at Francis, who has twice named the jew, politely of course, than JARED, who keeps company with a swindling rabbi.]

Not to speak for Herr Linder, but perhaps it is because he sees Francis as being of superior ability and credibility, therefore causing greater harm in buttressing the false alternative.

For Aryans, Truth is an addictive drug. Once they tasted some of it they want more and more. And end up against the traditional enemy of the Truth.

I have long thought of VNN as a think tank, a graduate study course, and it has made me believe in the viability of the strategy that I call anti-Frankfurt school. You can be a part of this historical conquest.
I question this viability you feel is established by VNN. The Jewish think-tanks, from Frankfurt to AEI, are nothing like VNN; they are real-life, real-time roundtables of highly intelligent, highly committed Jews who have no fear of censorship or weighty reproach. As a strategy, think-tanks are essential; as an exponent of this strategy, VNN is not even remotely ideal. This is a site that gets peoples' attention and pushes or tickles them into what they already know but never wanted to say. A think-tank is, I'm sorry to say, almost Jew-specific, in that they have perfected the strategy and applied to "gentile" society with absolute consistency. Was the NSDAP ever a "think-tank"? Yes and no: yes, because it was a group of White Nationalists around table, working out their worldview and plans; no, because its foot was always more than half in the field of action -- an immediacy, not a cold patience like, e.g., the PNAC, which could afford to wait for the moment when a) they could edge a Christian Zionist into office who would b) green light their plan with or without a great tragedy like 9/11. What I mean is: in the beginning, when the NSDAP was what might be called a think-tank, it was rash, as proven by the failed putsch; Hitler later traversed the more trying course of legal politics.
So, in conclusion, I will have to deny your conclusion that VNN is viable as a think-tank or even a proto-think-tank, and not least because when I merely suggested we find a way to communicate with each other off this board, identifiably, you shrugged it off, as indeed most people on here would do. A think-tank, as the Jews' actions have defined the term - and to combat them we must play the same game, or worse - requires, at the very least, an elite of thinking members who, for maximum profit, should be acquainted with one another. I understand your willingness, but it's not correct.

well obviously you get the idea mroutis. it is like a think-tank because a) we get together and exchange ideas and b) we try, occassionally, to focus the "ideas" outwards. that is the essence of a think tank.
true the jews have many means which are cut off to us. true they have cultural proximity and cohesion that we do not.
We have many disadvantages but aslo many advantages. that is inventory taking, but for today all that matters is la lutte and for all those who are hors de combat to join the melee. 'scuse my Franglish. Today this is what we have and we make use of it. Many irons in the fire, cant juggle everything at once.

VDARE (http://www.vdare.com) provides good material, and LRC (http://www.lewrockwell.com) also provides many articles worth linking to. These right-wing libertarians are at their best when attacking the socialists, and at their worst when coming up with an alternative; I find their information about Lincoln the Tyrant and the neocon wars useful, as well as their stories about lowered standards in school, and their attacks on "civil rights" rackets.
Generally, the best way to make your message stick is to be a swell guy, someone people like being around, and it's even better if you are also someone people look up to. Work out, eat healthily, learn how to use language, and be involved in many things, and you'll have taken a few steps in the right direction.
People base their opinions on pathos, logos and ethos.
Pathos stands for thirty percent: this is emotional arguments.
Logos is at an abysmal ten percent: this is facts, logic, reason -- what should be the hundred-percent basis for opinions.
Ethos stands for sixty percent: this is authority. People want to believe their authority figures, whether it be a trusted parent, teacher or newspaper.
So that's why it is so important to be a nice guy, and, if you can make it, be an authority figure as well.

VDare and LRC are of questionable merit. Sometime they link to intresting things, but I get the feeling their authors see the libertarian and nativist movements as lifestyles rather than political forces. Neither site is very focused, and close to half the stuff on LRC is totally irrelevant. Their authors would do well to realize that, as you suggested, image rules in voting.

VDARE and LRC are very different. I take Brimelow seriously and think he's fundamentally oriented like us whereas the liberterians are not.

I don't have any ideological qualms with VDare, but I think its presentation could be improved. Brimelow would do well to ditch his site's current color scheme and streamline its main page.

LRC presents a lot of useful stuff on the neocon wars, which is the site's main appeal to me; also as I said the occasional article on Lincoln worshippers and some other topics. It is not a good beginner's site, as they do indeed draw a lot of erroneous conclusions when they try to blame everything on the existence of "the State", but the experienced nationalist will learn to look at what is relevant and discard the rest. You will note that Linder links to LRC articles every now and then, which is how I came to read their stuff in the first place.
Most of the websites out there are flawed in one way or another; few are as bull's eye as VNN. So you pick and choose from many sources, just like Linder does when he puts together the daily news links.
I visited the Occidental Quarterly website the other day, got hold of a few European news items that I hadn't seen before. Worth a look.

Agreed, TOQ is quite good. It's too bad they no longer offer new issues free of charge.

AMREN may be OK in the USA. But here in the UK they are a nuisance.
It seems to be the 'higher-ups' in the UK nationalist movement that gravitate towards them,or those with more money than the average nationalist, 'no names, no pack drill here'.
I think the 'elitist upper middle class' image of AMREN, attracts 'like with like'.
For me they are 'vipers in our midst'. It looks to me, having seen some pics of Jared Taylor and Co., that they have a disproportionate number of jews in their ranks. I would never allow any jew, to have serious influence in our movement, per se.
