called in a bomb threat to a local high school. While he could have faced up to two years in jail, due to a plea agreement, his sentence is much leaner.
On Monday, Viado pleaded guilty to making one of those bomb threats. In exchange for his plea, he gets three years deferred probation. Under the terms of the plea agreement as long as Viado does not violate his probation, the charge of making a false report will be erased from his record.
Adrian Rivera is the second teenager accused of making bomb threats. Police say a total of three bomb threats were made to Montwood High School between February 10th and 11th.
