I'm trying to upload a graphic and I keep getting the "This page cannot be displayed" message after I find it on my computer and hit upload.
The file I'm trying to upload is only 11" x 4" , RGB and saved as a jpeg.

Any idea what I could be doing wrong? Does the graphics upload only work sometimes?
