It all depends on where you are. In a smaller town, with a smaller non white population, you are more likely to run into more "decent" cops. But this is probably because they are less comforable being who they truly are, just as is true with jews. In larger cities, particulily with non white majorites you will find most cops fit this description.
It is a chicken and egg question, which came first: ZOG or the defective characters known as Kwaps that accomidate it. I would say the cop surely came first, and found it quite easy to go along with the new jew program.

1.) Jews have a reported IQ medium of 115, cops have an average IQ of 105, but I'm sure if you eliminated all the niggers and mexcrement it would even out to a nice 115 as well.
