Sub saharan black population is artificially huge already, thanks to white food, white medicine, and our suppression of their constant natural warring.

The situation is far, far, worse than the national policy institute lets on. They're adding, subtracting, and multiplying when algebra and even higher math is needed to understand what's happening. It's not just a nigger and a white and one's breeding fast while the other is slowly declining.
