No one can predict what bridge (http://www.popularmechanics.com/technology/transportation/4219981.html?series=53), levee (http://www.popularmechanics.com/science/earth/4221039.html?series=18) or water main (http://www.popularmechanics.com/blogs/science_news/4224991.html?series=53) will fail next. Well they'll just have to wait. There are hundreds of thousands of little nigglets running around in Africa with AIDS that we have to spend 20 billion to feed and give medicine so that they can grow up healthy and produce more nigglets with AIDS.

We're not MADE of money, you know.

Priorties, people, priorities!!
