I am posting this statement publicly and have made another statement on our e-list. I am still working on the DNS Server for Overthrow, but will post a statement there.

Today, the FBI raided the court appointed expert who had been placed in charge of our hard drives, in violation of a court order and in contempt of the authority of the US District Court, and seized copies of the drives of our main web server and my personal computer.

In response, we are preparing criminal contempt motions asking that the court appointed computer expert, who appears complicit in this, and the FBI agent in charge, be imprisoned for violating a court protective order that stated that United States of America, the Department of Justice, and all its agencies were not permitted access to any information on those drives without the permission of the court.

However, the information has been stolen, forceably, by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Fortunately, the actual information seized is very limited, and consists almost entirely of public information, with the exception of personal letters and the rest that are present on my hard drive.

This is a truly criminal action by the United States government, and for which we hope the individuals involved will be imprisoned. However, we have a long legal fight ahead of us to get justice for these criminal acts that were conducted under the color of a criminal investigation into civil rights violations by Dr John Henry, a man who has never had any involvement with the American National Socialist Workers Party, myself, any company I own, or any of the information on those hard drives.

When a Judge issues a Court Order, the only way to take action against those involved in the Court Order, is to get a higher Court to overrule the 1st Judge.

This goes beyond fishing. We've been dealing with a fishing expedition since the DoJ started three months ago. This is a case where a judge has said "this information may not be turned over to the Department of Justice or the FBI" and so the FBI decided to go and attack an officer of the court and just take it.

Essentially, the FBI decided to mug a judge and steal sealed court files because they didn't like a court order. Its quite amazing.

The irony, of course, is that the total of everything they are risking prison over is essentially a database of articles posted on Overthrow.com and some personal files of my own -- nothing of any substance.

Yeah. This is really shocking. My attorneys are stunned just trying to figure out what argument they're going to make that they should not all be immediately arrested and disbarred.

The thing here, Von, is that all of the disks have already been forensically examined and determined to contain nothing of any relevance, they are all under protective orders, and just creating an index of some of the keywords these guys demanded took the forensic expert a month. There were something like 170,000 files on the disks, comprising several million pages, mostly articles from the pre-Sep 07 Overthrow.com. They know there is nothing there -- and yet they insist upon taking it.

Apparently, this raid was their attempt to preserve the information so they can try to "prove" I conspired with this Henry fellow to violate Negro civil rights. I didn't even discuss it with anyone, and have never met or communicated in any way with Henry.

I know that guys who pitch tents in the woods also work as legal experts who know exactly how they would defend themselves if approached by the FBI -- they'd pull a shotgun on the cops, go to prison, and then sue for police brutality. The United States of America and the "intervening plaintiffs" issued a series of subpoenas against myself and companies I own during the investigation on John or James (not sure) Crockett Henry, a fellow in Virginia Beach who owns real estate and was the subject of the complaint.

At no point in time have I or the ANSWP been the subject of an actual complaint.

We objected to these subpoenas, which are different than warrants to seize property, and received, from the court, a series of restraining orders stating that the Department of Justice and the intervening plaintiffs could not subpoena or seize certain items.

In furtherance of this, this fellow Dardick was appointed an agent of the court, and was entrusted with the protection of copies of my computer hard drives. He was instructed to run keyword searches through those hard drives and produce lists of files responsive to those keyword searches. He ended up with a list of thousands of files, through which the court looked and found about two dozen which were responsive. The court then ordered those two dozen files turned over to the Department of Justice and ordered the copies of my computer files destroyed upon finalization of the settlement of the case.

Yesterday, the FBI raided the computer expert and seized the original master copies of the hard drives. It is unclear under what legal authority they were acting, though they claim to have been serving a "grand jury subpoena". If this were the case, under federal law, they have to serve a copy upon my counsel as a person in privity with the subject of the subpoena and Dardick would have had to have given us time to quash, but that didn't happen, and they are acting like they served a search warrant on him.

This goes beyond fishing. We've been dealing with a fishing expedition since the DoJ started three months ago. This is a case where a judge has said "this information may not be turned over to the Department of Justice or the FBI" and so the FBI decided to go and attack an officer of the court and just take it.

Essentially, the FBI decided to mug a judge and steal sealed court files because they didn't like a court order. Its quite amazing.

The irony, of course, is that the total of everything they are risking prison over is essentially a database of articles posted on Overthrow.com and some personal files of my own -- nothing of any substance.

I've suffered from this condition myself, so I'm not proselytizing here. I can honestly say, however, that I have accomplished more with a 5 minute phone call to another activist that I EVER could in 20-30 hours on the computer.

If folk are concerned about "security" they would use the phone more often than communicating only on the computer. Court orders have to be issued for bugging a telephone...trust me, the PHONE is more secure than email.

I'd safely say that approximately 50,000 people will read this article in the next 72 hours. The vast majority of those 50,000 people will never visit VNN, Stormfront, or any other overtly pro-White board/website, but they're going to read that article and they're going tgo agree with its premise:

Because I am an activist I have little time for forums. I am only here now because I realise the MAIN THING holding back attempts to save the white race is all this suspicious back stabbing and infantile arguing.
