Roanoke, Virginia -- A U.S. federal magistrate judge today ordered a court appointed expert whose home was raided yesterday by the Federal Bureau of Investigation to destroy all copies of sealed court documents in his possession, pending a decision on disciplinary action against the department of justice.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael Urbanski, ordered Dr. Glenn Dardick, of Longwood University to destroy all remaining copies of material he surrendered to the FBI during yesterday's raid, and to cease responding to any further subpoenas as per an earlier court protective order.

Yesterday, FBI agents, frustrated at a court order prohibiting them from accessing several computer hard drives owned by Bill White, Commander of American National Socialist Workers' Party, raided Dardick's home and seized the sealed material under color of the authority of a grand jury empanelled to investigate alleged criminal activity by Dr. John Crockett Henry, of Virginia Beach, Virginia

DOJ officials has spent four months investigating what they believe is a link between White and Henry, but have turned up no evidence. Repeated motion to censure White for commenting on the case have been rejected by the court, angering the DOJ and prompting irrational and criminal action.

Yesterday when I posted "Judges do not issue Court Orders just to hear themselves talk. They mean what they say."...it appears I was correct. :)

Let me just add a few things here:

We do not yet have all the copies of these documents reigned in. The court appointed expert was ordered to destroy his copies, but there is still the question of the copy he gave the FBI "for the grand jury".

As of right now, we are still trying to find out who at the DOJ precisely authorized this illegal and contemptuous subpoena -- whether it was Wagner or some other DoJ peon. We are also trying to figure out where these files have gone -- apparently the 'Kwa is already asserting they do not have them properly identified or filed or whatever they claim they need to do to be abel to find them. Then there are technical questions about the authority of a Grand Jury and what exactly this Grand Jury is, what orders have been issued to it.

The fact is that the government decided to execute a "bold move", breaking the law and using mere force to seize information they weren't entitled to, in the delusional belief that there was something of value being hidden there that they could use to "bring me down" before I could take sufficient legal action to retaliate. The joke is on them, because we (and I) weren't and aren't hiding anything -- and they are now having to live with the consequences of their crimes.

But, in doing this, they created a ton of legal questions that both I and the my lead attorney are out of town and having to try to answer at a disadvantage. In due time, we will bring this under control, with no harm to myself or the ANSWP. This order against Dardick is just the first step.

Ban him for what exactly? No one has demonstrated that Bill is a "tool". Accusations or articles of BS stacked sky high doesn't constitute proof.
