Blues albums by rock stars are more about running out of ideas and making good career moves than actually having something new to say in what is arguably America's most influential indigenous art-form. Much as rock'n'roll comes from the blues, the truth is that outside the Stones and a few others, rock bands by and large don't excel at the blues. Even worse, albums like this reinvigorate the old curse where black men, who actually have cultural connections to the music, write the songs and white boys cover them and collect.

As I read in a post on Google Groups,the blues came about only as result of the niggs playing the flat-thirds and flat-sevenths of the chord and musical scales,neither of which ever existed in affuckka,of course,but only because they were invented by WHITEY!!!!So,it's hardly nigger music,in any sense of the term!!

The niggers got "blues" music from the tempermental, rude, ignorant (helped the jews take over England) Ulster-Scots of Northern Ireland.

Slang like, "Y'all" and "Cracker" was coined by the Ulster-Scots.

These Ulster-Scots were supporters of the Usurption of the English throne and the installation of "King" William of Orange who was in bed with the jews and helped install the Bank of England in the 1690's, which King James II (and those before him) would for decades, not grant the jewboys.

The people gave these Ulster-Scots a name in referrance to their support of William of Orange. They called them billyboys, which later became "Hillbillies" in America. They also wore Red Hankerchiefs around their necks as a symbol of thier presbyterian religion so "tolerated" by King William, which led to them being known as "Red Necks".
