The first speaker was Alan Bailey who briefed the audience on recent local by-elections and called for increased and sustained activism for future contests.
Epping councillor, Pat Richardson, spoke on the current state of our schools and colleges and praised the BNP's clear thinking with regard to our education system. She also emphasised the need for all BNP members and supporters to promote a good name and reputation for our party.
Speeches from Chelmsford organiser, Matt Single and recent London Mayoral candidate, Julian Leppert took the meeting up to an interval where there was a collection and literature sale.

I'm an independent-minded realist who is never going to agree 100% with ANY political leader or Party. The best I can hope for is that I agree 70% plus of the time.

There are all sorts of factors that might influence one's vote...eg marketing factors such as brand awareness in the eyes of the general public, (misplaced?) loyalty to comrades who might lose out in a reshuffle, etc etc ad nauseum. It's a complex web of variables. And anyway, to answer your original reply there were probably jews lurking around before NG's leadership but I wouldn't know as I wasn't around then.
