I would certainly anchor referendum rights into any new document. Once citizens start living in an ideal society, what should make them wish for the bad ol' days?

The most obvious "built-in safeguard" would be to add an "immutable article" that would allow only for White Male landowners to have the right to vote.

Then, of course, it would be necessary to delete the voting franchise from all others, including women.

From this starting point.........90% of the problems ailing America today, would never be able to happen again.

I might add, that a strongly worded provision in the article should also be very specific about disallowing jews as citizens, visitors or as financial investors in the new America.

A 100% homogenous society is, to say the least, unlikely. But we could get a situation where whites would make up around 95% of the population, with segregation and marriage laws enacted between the groups.

First, and foremost, absolutely NO JEWS! When they do not cause trouble themselves, they incite other groups to do their work for them (blacks and "civil rights"). I don't give a damn where they go; probably most will flock to Israel, where they will be fresh fish for hundreds of millions of angry Muslims no longer afraid of US inverention. If some refuse to leave, we should seriously set up a sort of permanent maximum security penal colony/self-governed Jew City somewhere in the Arizona desert where they can live amonst themselves for eternity.

As for the others, we should first expel the millions of illegals already here (mostly Mexicans). Then, we could encourage the "legal" Mexis, Asians, and blacks to return to their respective homelands, maybe even helping to chip in for the boat ride back (you mean for a few bucks I can send LeRoy back to Cameroon and never have to fund his welfare again? Sign me up!) Then we could import whites from Europe and South Africa (where they are being slaughtered) which would dilute the non-white population as well as refill the lost jobs (maybe only the Asians hold higher-class jobs in our society anyway; we all know the Mexis and blacks are either working for peanuts or jobless.) Future immigration would be controlled and restricted to whites only. Most of the remaining blacks will probably want to go back to Africa anyway once they realize that whitey won't bow down to them anymore. Then, last but not least, voting would be restricted to white male property owners (and females, if they own property); and even they will have to take an I.Q. test and/or an aptitude test to determine that they are reasonably intelligent enough (which I'm sure nearly all of the liberal voters today wouldn't pass). A constitutional republic with democratically elected leaders would work fine in this scenario. Of course, we would have to take out all the crap the leftists have slipped into our constitution.

I'm sure that many people reject this idea, and just wish to drag all the muds out of the cities by their necks and deport/kill them. But I think this would be a disaster, especially if Die Juden can somehow rally the troops. Do you know exactly how many violet negro criminals there are in our major cities? The blacks and Mexicans (about 70 million of them total, BTW) would barricade themselves in every major city and we would have a goddamn civil war on our hands. It's not worth it. Besides, having a small number of non-whites has some perks. Like low-level jobs that white people don't want to do themselves.

The question is not here what we will do, but what the Constitution will be.

No such thing. All institutional arrangements are malleable, though some with
more difficulty than others.

Look at the original US kahnstitution, written to make amendments rare and slow. It counted negro slaves as 3/5 of a person. As an old buddy noticed, since then, through their behavior, they have gone from 3/5 human to not human at all. But now they have a set of legal rights greater in many ways than ours. What happened? The kahnstitution was changed...by White people! No getting around it.
