ASPECTS OF DEMOCRACY, DEGENERACY & DICTATORSHIP

Orwell warned that “tyranny begins with the abuse of language.” Words and their meanings are frequently abused by would be tyrants and by the ignorant who misunderstand them. It has long been noted that ignorance is a favorite weapon of tyrants, from ancient times up to the present day. No word has been more abused and misunderstood than “democracy.” A dictionary defines “democracy” as “1. government by the whole people of a country, especially through representatives whom they elect. 2. a country governed in this way.” But this definition is misleading, as its writers intended. Government by representatives is perhaps one form of democracy, just as Soviet citizens elected Stalin on a yes or no vote. Woe be unto those who voted “no!”
Democracy, or rule by the many, as Plato defined it in his “Republic,” enabled people to vote on issues, not just representatives, by means of referenda or plebiscites. Democracy has never been universal, for it cannot be. The closest we have come to real democracy, as I understand, has been in the Viking “things,” or popular councils, in which all members of a community participated, as well as the New England town meetings. In these groups, every member could have a say about issues and representatives. We can understand why such a governing body would be limited in numbers, since there is insufficient time for all people to discuss and vote on issues of importance to every individual.
Voting is essential to democracy, but voting is also used in oligarchies and corporate states, which are governments of minorities, not majorities, to determine policies which will be adopted and implemented. There are two major ways of addressing voting in a governing body. One is by restricting the right to vote by means of qualifications. Ancient Athens has been called a “democracy,” but some 90% of the Athenian population were women and slaves, who could not vote. Another way is to ‘qualify’ the value of the votes, rather than the voters, as is done in the USA, where majority rule is prevented by restricting voting to ‘representatives’, rather than issues, for the most part, and where ONE judge can nullify ‘the will of the people.’ Votes are further ‘qualified’, that is, debased, by the U.S. Electoral College, which has the final say on who gets elected. That is why the USA is a ‘republic,’ not a democracy. In fact, the USA is a plutocracy: rule by the rich.
Plato warned that rule of the many degenerates into rule by those with the money, as they can buy votes, one way or another, just as we have seen in the USA, which was never a democracy, according to its founders and its constitution. Plato also described the devolution (degeneration) of plutocracies into dictatorships, similar to that which occurred in Imperial Rome. U.S. politicians who use “democracy’ as if it applied to the USA, are talking nonsense, just as they do when they refer to the USA as a “nation,” when it has always been a multi-national empire, ruled by the rich minority. It is the nadir of hypocrisy that the USA’s rulers impose their imperialism in the name of “democracy,” which they do not want in the USA. It is also revealing that this mythical beast, which we are all supposed to worship, often offends its Zionist promoters, when the people vote the ‘wrong’ way. As one kosher commentator declared: “Weimar Germany had ‘too much’ democracy, for the people voted for Hitler!” Oy veh! Make him go away. So much for ‘the will of the people, vox populi vox Dei’ (the voice of the people is the voice of God). Democracy was denounced by the founding felons of the USA as “mob-rule,” and “the tyranny of the majority,” who also referred to the people as “the great beast.” The Freemasonic founding felons of the USA claimed that they would create “a government of laws, not of men.” This is talmudic twaddle, for laws are never independent from the men who make them and who enforce them, just as an I.O.U. is no better than the one who signs it. So it is with democracy, which is never better than the people who make it up. Studies have shown that fewer than 1 out of 20 have any potential as leaders, so human inequality makes democracy impossible from the beginning. This is why ‘democracies’ have some means of qualifying or disqualifying voters, so as to limit the number of voters, even in the most degenerate societies, on behalf of the real rulers and decision-makers.
Sovereignty or independence in decision-making is the distinction between rulers and ruled. Nowhere are ‘the people’ sovereign, so democracy, as defined in Plato’s “Republic’ does not exist in fact, but only in illusion, the world of propaganda. To the extent that “democracy” = “freedom,” both are fictions, not facts. Meyer Amschel (Rothschild) echoed Plato when he declared: “Give me the power to issue money, and I care not who makes the laws!” With the testimony of such expert witnesses as these, I rest my case. We cannot say “Democracy, R.I.P.,” since it never existed, nor will it ever, unless men change into other beings. ORION!
