Repost of my post on Ld4 which didn't receive quite the attention i thought it would, apparently these suckers are more interested in masturbation than real development of the mind:

Hello, long story short i've been practicing lucid dreaming for about 12 years after experiencing it when i was about 12-13 years old. I'm kind of autodidact and wasn't even aware that such communities existed until this morning http://www.ld4all.com/forum/images/smiles/0smile.gif

So, here's my take on the subject.

After having practiced for so long i'm somewhat able to control the phenomenon at will; i will explain this with the graph below.

http://i38.tinypic.com/hu3j9e.gif

The blue zone, as you have guessed, is the normal dream zone, nothing outstanding so far.

Light blue zone represents what i dubbed the realization stage, where you connect lucidity with the dream. The images from this stage to lucid dreaming are practically inexistant, it's just trial and error to maintain a somewhat stable 'connection' with the dream.

Yellow zone is the established lucid dream. Dropping back to the realization stage sometimes has a feeling of "from heaven to earth", where you 'see' yourself into some kind of tunnel going back and forth. Getting to this point however usually means the lucid dream is lost, unless you're extremely lucky/undisturbed.

The orange zone, dubbed "Disconnection" or sometimes what i like to call "danger zone" is when you attain a level of concentration/conscience that far exceeds the usual standards. This zone is usually unpleasant, as (as i experienced at least) you're basically jumping back and forth from lucid dream directly to full-blown consciousness (understand: awake) with an awfully painful headache. This feeling is hard to describe, it's like your brain can't decide which world to stick to.

This is what gives the title "disconnection", my take on it is that your brain is totally disoriented because of the extreme concentration and usually gives up, waking you up with the mother of all headaches.

The nitty-gritty red zone now. I've only been able to attain that 'level' (keep in mind this is just my way of seeing things http://www.ld4all.com/forum/images/smiles/1anathema.gif a few times. Maybe 10 times in the last 10 years. It always happened when i've stickied to the 'dream side' of the orange zone.

'Hyper-consciousness' (as i dubbed it) is in my opinion the most amazing experience one can have. It's no longer about thinking something, doing something or having a great time in a lucid dream. Love, hate, sadness, etc... emotions aren't relevant anymore. You 'are' the dream; the world is one and you are one with the world. So far, nothing contradicted my opinion that premonitory dreams are the level ABOVE hyper-consciousness access "by accident" for a microscopic amount of time.

It really cannot be described without looking like a *** cultist. That sort of 'connecting with the universe' kind of crap, but bigger ! Your physical self isn't 'interesting' anymore, like if you left it behind when entering an upper level of conscience, hence hyper-consciousness http://www.ld4all.com/forum/images/smiles/happy.gif

The red zone experience is usually very brief (even in 'dream time') and will completely vampirize your physical and mental capacities; you'll wake up disoriented. Totally.

You'll be unable to estimate distances; concentrating on anything will be next to impossible and most of your muscles will be numb as if you just participated in a 10 hours sporting event. My take on that is the concentration required is so intense for the brain to sustain that it leeches off the body ressources at a 10x speed.

So, that's it for now, i'm going to sleep http://www.ld4all.com/forum/images/smiles/happy.gif Hope you enjoyed the read http://www.ld4all.com/forum/images/smiles/0smile.gif

Maybe WN's can understand :)

you can also reach the red zone with meditation.

I used to switch to lucid dreaming as a child to escape nightmares (e.g. I realized I was in a dream, and so could then take on whatever powers I wanted to defeat the monster).

Later as a sleep-deprived teenager I would be trying to wake up to turn off the alarm, but I couldn't; instead I kept dreaming I was waking up, then realizing I was in a dream and trying to wake up for real, only to keep realizing I was paralyzed and stuck in dreamland. :(

I acknowledge the reality of these phenomena, without claiming to know the cause or meaning of them. I've experienced such things in the past from time to time but the frustrating thing is it's almost impossible to control *when* lucid dreaming and other experiences happen. It seems almost random.

The Jews sell this kind of stuff to dopes to make you dreamy introverts happy in your own little world instead of adults with something sensible to do when you get up in the morning. Other dumb things you can do: keep a dream journal! Remember your past lives! Communicate with those beyond the grave! Study the Kabbala! Watch a lot of TV! Go back to bed!

In my opinion, this Oriental surrender to the Void is just submitting to the Jewish agenda drawn up for you by those who hate you.

I'll try and remember to address this thread tomorrow, or later today as the case may be. Right now I'm too drunk. As per usual.

Want to die. Hate life. Life stinks.

Get back to you later about jews and niggers. Thanks.

All I need to do is hit the lottery and then gtfo of this doomed nation.

I DID have a very lucid dream last night. I'll include that in my next post. It was sweet! I owned a huge ass night club and everyone was having fun. More later.

Speaking of dreams........

Any one here ever have a daydream about killing jews?

I've oft daydreamed of bludgeoning a jew with a ball peen hammer. Then there's the one where I'm a bulldozer operator plowing tons of jew corpses into the trench. Of course there's the sniper daydream, where I'm picking off jewish bankers and media moguls from high atop a skyscraper. It's like shooting sneaky groundhogs. Sighting them through their office window, I patiently wait and watch as they pop their head up and down from behind the desk, then at the right time I squeeze-off a hefty 50 caliber slug and nail'em right between the eyes. Their ratlike head is blown completely off and splatters on the walls and then the headless body runs wildly around like a barnyard chicken being readied for dinner. That one always makes me chuckle to myself. I'm sure many here have that daydream. But my favorite one is where I blow up the Academy Awards building right at the time when the kikes are giving out the award for best picture. In that one a huge 5000 pound bomb is planted directly under the building in the sewer system and completely demolishes the entire block leaving a gigantic crater and bloody jew particles raining down all over LA for three days.

I've had that very daydream a number of times.

I've also daydreamed about travelling back in time and immolating Mayer Amschel Rothschild, thus nipping at the bud the most destructive dynasty in the history of the world.

I've also had daydreams about travelling back to the late 19th century with hundreds of hours of media to show the fine White Men who existed back in those days what will happen if they don't carry out an End All Be All Pogrom.

A number of times I've also daydreamed about travelling back in time to blow up the building in which the First Zionist Congress was being held.

But daydreaming is for naught.

What the fuck are you talking about ?

So now even what happens in your mind while sleeping is a jewish conspiracy ? I don't know what drug you're on but I would love to try it out !

Just trying to say I think it's all stupid and a waste of your time. Yes, pop culture and pop religion is a Jewish plot against the world. I think so, anyway. They want you useless. That's why they sell us drugs, too.

Forget the pop culture / jew pushers who sell these idea for a quick buck. It's still our brains and our business to figure out how these brains work. You don't need to support the jew pop culture system to explore your own inner workings. This is just another tool we can use for our own ends, don't let them co-opt it from us.

My husband's "dream" journal was used against him in court for his supposed "thought crimes."

Like he could control that he'd had a dream about a public lynching!

Then again, this did happen in Canada.

I've had those 'waking nightmares' or 'sleep paralysis' for years, and thought I was being bothered by ghosts or somehting. It wasn't until I realized what they were that the sting was taken out of them, although they have gotten scarier.
I had one about a week ago, I'm frozen, I can see across my room, and there is smoke pouring out of the back of my computer, but I can't move to go take care of it. The smoke being the dream of course, whats funny is, the smoke fades, and eventually I could sit up and go on with my day, it's not like I fall back asleep or anything.

I've had the one you describe, Witzgall, where I get up over and over, or half get up, but I'm not really moving or getting anywhere.. those suck.

I'm told low seratonin levels can be directly responsible for vivid dreaming and waking nightmares.

Leshrac, have you ever read a book titled "Cosmic Consciousness" written by Richard Bucke around 1900 or so? If not I highly recommend reading it. Bucke believed that humans are on the threshold of an evolution in consciousness in which they will become not just aware of themselves as individuals but are also tapped into a universal awareness permeating the entire universe. Bucke described a mystical experience he had, and which has also been described by others, which lead to his awareness of this potential.

The thing that caught my attention when I read his book was how much his description of his life-changing mystical episode matched another description of a mystical experience related by August Kubizek in his book "The Young Hitler I Knew". The teen-aged Hitler and his boyhood friend Kubizek were fond of opera, especially Wagner's operas. They attended every chance they got. One night after a performance of "Rienzi" they walked up a local hill out of town, Hitler was unusually quiet. Finally he began to talk, he seemed transformed somehow, he went on about a mission he had in life, Kubizek didn't really understand much of what seemed more of a rant to him. He descibes Hitler as unusually agitated. Hitler seemed changed after this episode.

Years later, after Hitler had became the head of Germany, Kubizek received an invitation to visit. While reminiscing about their boyhoods Kubizek mentioned that night. Hitler commented something to the effect of "That night it all began".

Dr. Pierce kept a copy of Bucke's book on hand, although I never heard him mention it. I have always wondered if he might have had a similar experience at some point during his youth.

I have experienced lucid dreams regularly since early chidhood, but I have not found them to be any gateway to a higher consciousness.
For me, they have been nothing more than entertainment or simply a way of waking up from nightmares.
They are so real, though. I have experimented by taking a handful of soil and touching "solid" objects and been totally convinced by their "reality".
Try to read something or engage in conversation with someone, though and it all falls apart.
That has been MY experience of it.

There was an interesting movie about this topic back in the '90s called "Waking Life" by Richard Linklater.
