This Provisional Charter is endorsed on September 13, 2008. The Primary Charter Points are Outlined Below. He is, at this point and forward, the UNDISPUTED LEADER OF THE AMERICAN NEO-NAZI PARTY, and he will henceforth communicate ANNP News on his own, directly. HIS WILL IS YOUR DUTY!

1. Membership in the ANNP is free. The Party is already amply funded. An official application process will be outlined below. But, first, please understand that, by applying for membership, you agree to the points listed here and you fulfill the requirements noted:

A. You are a citizen of the United States of America (not simply a "permanent resident.")

B. You believe in the Supremacy of the United States of America over all other nations and peoples.

C. You SUPPORT American Imperialism leading to World Conquest of all lesser peoples.

D. You understand that while the ANNP follows most of the thinking of Adolf HITLER as outlined in his book, "Mein Kampf," some important changes must be made in order to bring Nazi thinking and action into the Twenty-First Century. For example, 1) membership is open to people of color, people of the Jewish Faith, Moslems, and non-Whites generally, PROVIDED that they repudiate their religious, ethnic, and cultural past and ADHERE TO PAGAN RELIGION, IN PARTICULAR, THE "NORDIC RELIGION" of the early Aryan peoples. This includes the worship of Nature and the reverence for warfare. 2) The SS (Schutzstaffel) Creed of the late Third Reich Reichsfuhrer-SS Heinrich Himmler is taken as a guide to organizing one's life. 3) The SS Creed will be modified when necessary to meet practical necessity. Directions on how to obtain ANNP suggested literature will be given as part of the application process.

E. There will be no separate "mens'" and "womens'" divisions. Women will be permitted, in fact encouraged, to sit around the Leader's Roundtable in leadership roles. There will be no youth division. All individuals 18 or over are invited to join.

F. The Leader will be assisted in running the Party by a medieval-style Round Table made up of six (6) advisers, who will be drawn from volunteers.

G. There will be a "don't ask--don't tell" policy on SEXUAL ORIENTATION.

H. The Leader and the Party will work to bring about, through LEGAL AND LEGITIMATE means, a second American Revolution, which will alter the Constitution of the United States so that it centers upon principles of "Benevolent Dictatorship."

I. The ANNP REPUDIATES all acts of "terrorism."

J. The ANNP will conduct a background check on all applicants. The ANNP will NOT accept for membership convicted felons.

K. The ANNP will take for its colors an American Flag, but with the white stars on a field of blue reshaped to portray the two "lightening bolts" of the original Third Reich SS. These "sigal runes" represent the power and might of the god Odin, head of Aesir; creator of the world in Norse Mythology; equivalent to Woden in Teutonic Mythology. They can also be taken to represent Thor, eldest son of Odin and god of Thunder and Storms.

L. ANNP Meetings will take place near the home of the Leader (north-eastern New Jersey), and will be conducted starting at Midnight during the period of a Full Moon.

M. The ANNP will NOT employ the Third Reich German Swastika Flag (Hakenkreuz) because it carries with it far too many negative connotations. Hmm. I seem to have got special mention - well, the fact is I did not call this "Schellenberg" a jew. I don't know who the person is that is posting, using that name. Also, I am well aware of Walter Schellenberg, and of course knew that the person posting, using his name has adopted the name as a nom de plume.

However, as a 'foreign' born and raised National Socialist, I do believe that some "neo-Nazi" movements in America, post WW2 are a jew's wet dream and have likely been fabricated by jews originally or at least backed by jews and that they continue to approve the antics of "neo-Nazis" so as to discredit the remaining NS from Germany, as well as any American sympathisers to German National Socialism.

Herr Doktor Heim has been dead years according to his family (which we have every reason to believe them about regardless of the silly claim about the money. This would only result in the jews disturbing where ever he lays buried to ostensibly 'prove' his death, probably stealing his remains in the process [to put on trial in the vein of the 'Cadaver Synod' perhaps?]). Pluss isn't an American citizen. He's said he was a jew and called out a few others, etc. The thing is, it's undisputted fact that he's a Swiss citizen.

I don't know what to think of Pluss in addition to him being crazy really. Meeting him in person, I really liked him. Whether jew or not, he's using jew tactics- sucking up, blending in, being charming ie, witty and full of jokes in order to gain entry to a decidedly "identified as" group of Whites, however much mis-directed and mis-guided.

Finally for now, if revived, the new organization will have a Euro-centric orientation. That is, while it may have a United States-side chapter, its prime focus will be work in Europe or with Europeans residing or visiting in America. Well, folks, I have not yet decided whether or not to accept a position as Chair or Leader of the still-embryonic New American National Socialist Movement. So, more on that as soon as possible.

In relation to any legal cases yet pending against me or filed by me and others on my behalf against various law enforcement agencies: No movement on any front whatsoever. And so it goes on and on.

As was to be expected, the American Justice System will very shortly give Dr. Pluss a "slap on the wrist" (at most) for his allegedly composing a "threatening" message in a comment box on the Jew ADL website in November, 2010 and for allegedly possessing weapons in violation of an October, 2000, Judicial Order on a matter completely unrelated to the ADL complaints. By the way, it is pertinent (and humorous) to note that the "weapons possession" charge is based on Dr. Pluss's possession of one Remington 7mm. hunting rifle, last fired about 8 years ago and sitting in its case in the back of a closet! And the "threatening message" was a three-sentence-long comment which contained the term "kike." AND just look back at all of the internet flap over "threats and weapons" from various "news" sources back when Dr. Pluss's apartment was stormed and ransacked by, of all things, a NJ State Police Swat Team! Dr. Pluss and his wife are suing a number of New Jersey "law enforcement" agencies over their conduct during their "visit" to Dr. Pluss's residence.

Once the "criminal" charges against Dr. Pluss have been taken care of, he will reinstate a number of his blogs, and he's quite ready to enter the battle against ZOG and "antifa" elements once more.
