Dennis MacShane was a member of the SWP and ANAL. He used to write articles for the 'Socialist Worker' and the 'Morning Star'. MacShane was also the leader of the NUJ journalists union at one time, as well.

He got 'sacked' by BBC Radio London once, for organiseing bogus propaganda phone calls, to a 'phone-in' programme . Perhaps this sheds a little light on this guy.
