View Full Version : The Catholic/Christian War Against the White Race

The Final Solution
08-11-2004, 07:43 AM
NB: The purpose of this thread, if the mods will kindly allow, is to document the poisonous anti-White teachings and actions of the Catholic/Christian Churches. As some of our staunchest pro-White posters have noted, this is not a matter of abstract theology, as the Catholic/Christian Churches, just like the judenpresse, are actively engaged in the very public political/propaganda war against the White Race. All Whites are welcome to contribute in tracking the Catholic/Christian enemy within. And, I suppose, antis and Catholic/Christian apologists can participate too: all they have to do is persuade us that unlimited mud immigration, anti-Racism and pro-zionism (to name but a few) are actually good for the White Race. First item:

Stop the Deportations of Immigrants and Refugees! Catholic Church says Deportation is Serious Sin

Sara and her Baby
Sara Rodriguez was deported to El Salvador without her baby. She, like all women in the Houston area about to be deported, was imprisoned in the Liberty County jail many miles away and without representation.

All that was needed was for someone to take the child to the Salvadoran Consulate to arrange travel papers and then take her to the airport at the time of the scheduled immigration flight. By the time we learned of it, it was too late. The child was later taken to Children's Protective Services, where she will be supported indefinitely with welfare funds.

How many other mothers are deported without their children?

Second Vatican Council and Two Encyclicals Condemn Deportation

Deportation is listed as one of the most serious sins by the Vatican II document on The Church in the Modern World (No. 27) and also in Veritatis Splendor, (No. 8), and Evangelium Vitae (No. 3):

"There exist acts which per se and in themselves independetnly of circumstances are always seriously wrong by means of their object such as murder, genocide, abortion, euthanasia, and wilful suicide; all violations of the integrity of the human person, such as mutilation, physical and mental torture, undue psychological pressures; all offenses against human dignity, such as subhuman living conditions, arbitrary imprisonment, deportation, slavery, prostitution, the selling of women and children, degrading working conditions where men are treated as mere tools for profit rather than free and responsible persons; all these and the like are criminal: they poison civilzation; and they debase the perpetrators more than the victims and militate against the honor of the Creator."
Houston Catholic Worker, Vol. XVII, No. 3, May-June 1997.

The church is an institute within society. Those who make up the church decide in which direction it will go.

Hitler was a catholic. Being anti christian is stupid if you want power. Those loyal to their race should organise the resistance WITHIN the church.

Of course, doing constructive things is beyond the "thinking" of the US white power freak show.

The Christian convert from Odinism is a true non sequitur, as to the inevitability and desirability of Christian conversion. Along with centralized rule came tyranny, with church & king being mutually-supporting. As we know, the church could even subordinate the king to its wishes, and all Christian kingdoms were theological colonies of Rome or Byzantium, which centralized power and wealth as never before, not even under the Roman Empire, which recognized all religions. What a racket! Dr. Oliver wrote that any good Christianity brought to White Europe was not new, and what was new was not good. Along with Christianity came more and more jews.

The Christian churches long protected jews from their outraged host peoples, even during the Crusades. Imagine the absurdity of invading the Middle East on behalf of Christianity, when the Crusaders' native lands were not free of jews! Cui bono from the crusades? Not White people!

Christians and their liberal cohorts are responsible for the disaster as proponents of decadence: "As you do unto the least of these, so do you do unto me." "From each according to his ability, to each according to his need."

The Rise Of The Treason Tort
By Bryanna Bevens

The Devil’s Path is appealing to Mexican criminals because it is beautifully devoid of border patrol agents. A sparkling amenity bright enough to conceal a potentially lethal pitfall: It’s a desert—which by definition is a dry, barren, sandy region.

In May 2001, 26 Mexican nationals attempted to walk the seventy-mile desert terrain amid 115-degree temperatures. They followed the advice of their $1400 Mexican guide ($1400 per person) and packed a water supply. But the supply ran out after the second day of a five-day trek. Eleven people died.

Humane Borders, a social-welfare organization in Tucson, Arizona, decided to blame the Department of the Interior and The Department of Fish and Wildlife.

This is America, so Humane Borders encouraged the illegals’ families to sue, enlisting the help of Yuma attorney A. James Clark.

The lawsuit argued:

“Interior employees were well aware that many illegal aliens were dying from lack of water while attempting to cross the refuge.”

Humane Borders, led by Reverend Robin Hoover, argued it had petitioned the government, two months before the “accident,” for a permit to place several water stations on the refuge.

This unprecedented $42 million lawsuit was no doubt regarded by most Americans as frivolity. However, earlier this month, a federal court in Tucson requested further information from the plaintiffs—family members of the deceased—a decision that indicates the judiciary, at least in Tucson, is taking this civil action very seriously.

The Devil’s Path and Sutton Ranch are just two high-profile examples of a rapidly-growing problem: the treason tort—abolishing America by means of its own legal system.

John Collins entered the Church and during the Second World War became Canon of St. Paul's Cathedral. A campaigner against racial prejudice and racial tyranny. In 1950 he organized meetings in London and raised money in order to publicize the illegal role of South Africa in the United Nations mandated territory of South-West Africa (Namibia).

In 1952 the African National Congress (ANC) under the leadership of Albert Lutuli, began its non-violent campaign against unjust and discriminatory laws in South Africa. Collins and his Christian Action group raised funds to help support the families and dependants of ANC members imprisoned by the South African government.

A wealthy Durban businessman invited Collins to visit South Africa in 1954. It was hoped that Collins could be persuaded to end his campaign against the South African government. Collins was disgusted by what he heard and saw in South Africa and this only intensified his campaign against apartheid.

If the Christians had a fraction of the anti-Semitism that the jews claimed they had, the world would be a far better place to live in. The jews are always going on about the Christians as an 'enemy' a la Gibson's The Passion and their constant shrieking cries of the ancient monster of jew hatred rearing it's ugly head.

Fact is, Christianity is philo-Semitic to the core and both the jew's creation and the jew's best friend. They make it out to be an enemy because they're full of shit. Christians are jews in spirit if not name.

overcoming the idolatry? oh that's fucking rich. I ll tell these fucking heretics where the idolatry is, its in them idolizing the utopian schemes of the Jew Christ killers over Jesus H Himself! This is just a big flareup of Jewish inspired heresy which requires both extreme measures like got laid on the Albigensians, and also an Inquisition to root out the crypto Jews. LOL I will agree some of these doctrinal issues are going to have to be sorted out among Christians and those who call themselves that with the sword. I think you fellows are right for taunting Christians, it is a fucking embarrassment and people had better go on the offensive to clean this up. Right now there is no offensive, its just sane folks running the other way every time they hear the queers in the pulpit start in on the snivel rights crapola. but I still say, better to stay in and milk it for what its worth and try to turn the ship around. at least in the Catholic and Orthodox Churches. In all honesty I dont give a damn about the rest. OK, I'd like to see the Anglicans and the Lutherans straightened out too. And the Presbies, they will have to ditch the Judaized faith but I like em anyhow. Fuck it, why am I on here at night? Kick ass boys! See yea tomorrow. Sweet dreams of revenge tonight, prayers for victory in the morning, eggs for breakfast coffee in the engine and one half hour of VNNForum tomorrow to get the blood flowing at work. See ya then.

While I don’t totally disagree what is the point of taunting White Nationalist Christians? Why don’t they go over to a Christian forum and do the same. The reason is because they don’t want to instruct Lemming Christians, instead they want to cause division in the WN movement between Christians and Pagans/Atheists.

You will never see Jarl cut and paste his threads on a Christian Forum, perhaps because he has no desire to educate anyone only cause division in an already divided movement.

I am sure that he is doing good though. The more hard feelings cause in White Nationalism the stronger the movement will be, I may not be able to understand his logic but I am sure he has the best intentions at heart.

Christians join Olmert at Texas Jerusalem Prayer Summit
Internet Staff
(Jun 10, 2002)

IRVING, TX - More than 4,000 Christians gathered in this Dallas, Texas, suburb Sunday to mark the 35th anniversary of the reunification of Jerusalem, offering prayers for Israel's capital and donations to its children who have fallen victims to terrorism.

The crowd packed to capacity the Calvary Temple to hear remarks by Jerusalem Mayor Ehud Olmert, who noted the Jerusalem Prayer Summit was being held on the eve of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's meeting with US President George W. Bush in Washington.

"We have in America now a president who understands the problems better than everyone, who feels the difficulties deeper than anyone has, who realizes the challenges we have to face together in a more comprehensive way than most other leaders of the world," Olmert said. He said he trusts Bush and Sharon to work together on a plan to help both countries fight and win the war against terrorism.

"I come to you from a city which has suffered so much in the last few months," he continued, but added, "When you see the sadness in our faces, don't mix it up with weakness... We will triumph in this war!" His remarks were repeatedly interrupted by standing ovations.

The Jerusalem Prayer Summit is supported by a coalition of more than 280 churches and evangelical leaders across the United States, according to evangelist Mike Evans, executive director of the launch organization, the Jerusalem Prayer Team.

"We are working to bring Christians from every denomination together in prayer as we have this first night, and to enlist one million people in America to pray daily and 100,000 houses of worship praying weekly for the peace of Jerusalem," Evans said.

He reported that participants in the Dallas gathering gave more than $400,000 in cash and pledges, and that all gifts would go to the New Jerusalem Foundation for the victims of terrorism in Jerusalem.

The Web address for the Jerusalem Prayer Team is www.Jerusalemprayerteam.org.
Former prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu, celebrity Pat Boone, and Christian leader Jerry Falwell were among those who sent video greetings to the gathering.

During Olmert's visit to Dallas, he addressed a press conference Friday and was presented the key to the city by Dallas Mayor Laura Miller.

A CHRISTIAN, BY DEFINITION, IS ONE WHO SUPPORTS HIS ENEMIES BUT HELPS NOT ONE IOTA HIS OWN KIND. The "Christian right" is strongly supported by the Zionist gangsters since they know how destructive that gaggle can be to their own kind. Any sane, and healthy, man will HATE HIS ENEMIES just as the jews do. But they do not want YOU to hate your enemies for fear that you might see THEM as an enemy, of which their behavior clearly reveals.

Mt:5:44: But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

Lk:6:27: But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,

Lk:6:35: But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.

Mt:5:39: But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.

Lk:6:29: And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloke forbid not to take thy coat also.

The definition of Christian is a follower of Christ. You quote abstract verses, which cannot be understood without reading the entire chapter or perhaps the entire book. Stop reading a concordance and read the bible if you want to understand anything about Christianity.

Oh here is a verse for you to quote.
2 Timothy 2:3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.

Lk:6:29: And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloke forbid not to take thy coat also
Allow me to explain this verse that is talking about 2 Christians appearing in heathen courts. It would be better to give the other Christian your cloke than to appear before the heathen Judge.

This is a good principle wouldn’t be better for an Aryan to give another Aryan something than to appear in the Jewish courts? No matter the result Aryans never get a fair shake in Jewish courts.

1 John 4:21 And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.
1 John 3:17 But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his depths of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?
1 John 4:20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
1 John 3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
The entire chapter of James 2 is about helping your brother; Racial or Christian take your pick. As far as Christians not helping our own you are in absolute error.

The Bible was not written by Whites and it is not for Whites. By insisting that The Bible refers to Whites, the proponents of Israel Identity give Judaism and jews power over us: Worship your enemy and you are defeated. Adopt your enemy's religion and you are enslaved. Breed with your enemy and you are destroyed. Whites are to the jews as the Incas and Aztecs were to the Spaniards.

Today we know about the Holocaust, but at
that time people didn't know what was going on. They didn't
imagine the Nazis could do the things they were doing. And so the
first step was to get information, and the Turkish government let
them use the Turkish mails to send letters to their relatives and
friends in Eastern Europe. The Jewish organizations found out
what was happening when they received replies. Later on when the
Nazis began to intercept such letters, the Jews received
assistance also from the Vatican nuncio, Angelo Roncali, who
served as the Vatican representative in Istanbul from 1935 to
1944 and later became Pope John XXIII. As the Vatican
representative during the war, he used the facilities of the
Catholic Church to supplement what the Turkish government was
doing to assist Jewish agencies in contacting Jews in Eastern
Europe. With the cooperation of the Turkish government, these
agencies then sent hard currency, food, clothing, and even
railroad and steamship tickets to Jews in Czechoslovakia,
Bulgaria, Romania, and Hungary. They weren't able to help much in
Poland because by then the Nazis had wiped out almost all the
Polish Jews. Whenever possible the rescue agencies arranged for
the Jews to get out of Eastern Europe either by train through the
so called Orient Express route to Istanbul, or by boat through
the Black Sea to Istanbul.

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep; and the Spirit of God was moving over the face of the waters.

And God said "Let there be light"; and there was light. Then God said, "Let us make humankind in our image, after our likeness ... So God created humankind in the divine image; in the image of God humankind was created; male and female God created them. And it was so. And God saw everything that had been made, and behold, it was very good.

But there can be another type of silence and another kind of wind. At a time of horror in the middle of the twentieth century, the silence of the world made possible the monstrous cnme of genocide, the attempted murder of a whole people for no other reason than that they were a particular type of people, a people called by God "the Chosen People"- the Jews.
Six million Jewish men and women, one million children among them, were taken by other human beings to die in gas and fire, their very ashes spewed from the chimneys of Ausch-witz to mingle with the soft breezes of the air and fall, nameless and graveless, spread over a continent that had itself become a graveyard.

Not only did Jews die, caught in the eddies and swirls of the Holocaust, but millions of other faiths and nationalities, Gypsies, homosexuals, the mentally ill and those who espoused political philosophies also lost their lives as victims of

Nazism's diabolically efficient technology of death. But to be Jewish in Nazi Europe of itself meant certain death. [ed: Wiesel & crew have returned from the dead? Even before Jesus?]

Sudan Emergency Appeal Nassima* and her baby are refugees at Farshana refugee camp, which is run by CAFOD partners SECADEV, across the border from Sudan in Chad.
Fighting in the Darfur province of western Sudan has prompted one of the world's worst humanitarian crises in more than a decade.

The conflict has left two million people in need of aid. Hundreds of thousands are crowded into makeshift camps in Chad and Sudan.

CAFOD launched an urgent appeal for the people of Darfur and supporters have responded generously, giving £2 million to date.

> Please give whatever you can today

CAFOD's work
The Catholic Church in Sudan has joined with other churches to respond to the crisis.

What your money can buy
£13 will pay for the building of a temporary latrine.
£42 will buy a household kit for a displaced person including a mosquito net, blanket, water container and kitchen utensils.
£500 will pay for a water point in one of the displaced peoples camps.

CAFOD has 32 years of experience working in Sudan, and is co-leading a £14 million joint operation between networks of Catholic and Protestant aid organisations.

Together, we are bringing food, safe water, shelter materials, sanitation and healthcare supplies to half a million displaced men, women and children.

In the longer term, CAFOD has pledged to help refugees by providing seeds and tools to help families replant crops and rebuild their lives.

Archbishop Condemns Attacks On Israel, Racism As Work Of Devil
VATICAN CITY (CWN) - Archbishop Christoph Schoenborn, leading the papal Lenten retreat this week, compared terrorist bombing attacks on Israel last weekend to attacks on Christians, and called racism the work of the devil.

Archbishop Schoenborn, archbishop of Vienna, was quoted on Vatican Radio on Wednesday as saying, "Mortal hatred against Israel is also...aimed against the Church, against the God of Israel, the Father of Jesus Christ."

Last Sunday 27 people were killed and dozens wounded in twin Moslem suicide bombings in Jerusalem and Ashkelon.

"Nationalistic pride, xenophobia, the idolatry of one's own power are demonic characteristics," Archbishop Schoenborn added. He also said that Israel need not fear for its future because it is protected by God.

Christians do their best to emulate jews they yammer about Christ-return being predicated upon the conversion of jews to christianity. This should not be interpreted as illogical since christians pay no attention to their Bibles anyway. Just point out a Biblical passage which contradicts their beliefs and you are sure to hear, "But that is not in my Bible."

History shows that religions do not create civilizations, but that religions, like arts and artifacts, are by-products of civilization. When the human quality of the civilization declines, so do the by-products, and the civilization itself. Certain religions can be agents for the destruction of civilization, when they have sufficient adherents of primary or secondary rank, such as Christians and their secular counterparts, liberals, who support the inherent Marxist fallacies of the cult. In this regard, beliefs and tenets are important, not for what they create, but for what they most effectively destroy.

Christianity enshrined the tenets of Judaism and thereby judaized White Civilization. Since Whites had morals and religions before jewish labels were imposed upon their religious traditions, Christianity represented jewish cultural imperialism, which took centuries to poison the White body politic. Slow poisons are no less effective than fast ones. The ideology which supports current social decay is essentially Christian, just as Marxism is a non- deistic version of Christianity

Civilizations' abundance can be misused, as we see by our feeding of infinitely-breeding Problem-Makers. Religions which grow out of civilizations' surpluses of time, material and labor can be destructive, like vipers clasped to our collective bosoms. The quality of our people can create civilizations, but the surpluses can destroy that quality, if the Problem-Solvers are not careful.

Pendell's little book, "Sex vs. Civilization" has useful observations, such as the time- lag curves between the decline of the Problem-Solvers which is followed by the decline of their civilization, just as we see in the U.S.A., where the Problem-Solvers' infrastructure is decaying and collapsing. The Problem-Makers' demands on the society are making it impossible to improve or to maintain the necessary infrastructure upon which society depends. Locally, the population pressure of those who breed, but cannot feed their numbers is reaching critical levels of demand on all tax-funded facilities and services, just as we enter a severe economic downturn, as jobs go to China and the jobless pour in and multiply. The Problem-Makers are very religious, Catholics for the most part, so the strength of religion is not declining, but civilization sure is!

THE HOLOCAUST

The Problem: In 1963, Rolf Hochhuth staged a play, "Der Stellvertreter" (The Deputy), about the Holocaust, in which Pope Pius XII is portrayed as being responsible for the loss of Jewish life due to his failure to speak out. The play does not even mention Hitler, Rosenberg, Streicher, Esser, Heydrich, Himmler, or Hoess, and Eichman makes only a brief appearance. Subsequent work by revisionist historians and anti-Catholic co-travellers has lent increasing credence to this blatant falsehood.

History affirms that the Catholic Church, with Pope Pius XI and Pope Pius XII at her head, was in the forefront - indeed, she was often alone - in recognizing the dangers posed by the Nazi regime and in working to save as many Jewish lives as possible from the Holocaust. Pinchas Lapide, working from Yad Vashem archives, has demonstrated that the papal relief and rescue program saved 860,000 Jews - more than all other agencies combined, governmental or international. The following are contemporary quotes demonstrating the case:

Playwright Rolf Hochhuth criticized the Pointiff for his (alleged) silence, but even he admitted that, on the level of action, Piux XII generously aided the Jews to the best of his ability. Today, after a quarter-century of the arbitrary and one-sided presentation offered the public, the word 'silence' has taken on a much wider connotation. It stands also for 'indifference', 'apathy', 'inaction', and, implicitly, for anti-Semitism. ---Robert Graham, "Pius XII and the Holocaust", p. 18.

The Church and the papacy have saved Jews as much and in as far as they could save Christians...Six million of my co-religionists have been murdered by the Nazis, but there could have been many more victims, had it not been for the efficacious intervention of Pius XII. ---- Dr. Raphael Cantoni, Head, Italian Jewish Assistance Committee quoted in Pinchas Lapide, "Three Popes and the Jews", p. 133

We share in the grief of humanity at the passing away of his Holiness Pope Pius XII. IN a generation afflicted by wars and discords, he upheld the highest ideals of peace and compassion. When fearful martyrdom came to our people in the decade of the Nazi terror, the voice of the Pope was raised for the victims. The life of our times was enriched by a voice speaking out on the great moral truths above the tumult of daily conflict. We mourn a great servant of peace. --- Golda Meir, cited in Lapide, p. 227.

Only the Catholic Church protested against the Hitlerian onslaught on liberty. Up till then I had not been interested in the Church, but today I felt a great admiration for the Church, which alone has had the courage to struggle for spiritual truth and moral liberty ---Albert Einstein, 1940. Cited in Lapide, p. 251

Pius XII has spoken; Pius XII has condemned; Pius XII has acted... throughout those years of horror, when we listed to Vatican Radio and to the Pope's messages, we felt in communion with the Pope, in helping persecuted Jews and in fighting against Nazi violence. ---Fr. Michel Riquet, S.J. rescuer of six Jewish lives, and inmate of Dachau. Cited in Lapide, p. 254

When armed force ruled well-nigh omnipotent, and morality was at its lowest ebb, Pius XII commanded none of the former and could only appeal to the latter, in confronting, with bare hands, the full might of evil... Unable to cure the sickness of an entire civiliazation... the Pope, unlike many far mightier than he, alleviated, relieved, retrieved, appealed, petitioned - and saved as best he could by his own lights. Who but a prophet or a martyr could have done much more? ---Pinchas Lapide, "Three Popes and the Jews", p. 267

What cannot be questioned is the integrity, the charity, and the deep commitment to humanity of Pius XII. It is idle to speculate about what more he could have done, for unlike most of the leaders of his day, he did very much. ---Joseph Lichten, International Affairs Dept. for the Anti-Defamation of B'nai B'rith. "Piux XII and the Holocaust. A Reader" p. 31

"No, no I say to you, it is impossible for a Christian to take part in anti-Semitism. It is inadmissible! Through Christ and in Christ we are spiritual progeny of Abraham. Spiritually, we are all Semites." ---Pius XI speaking to a group of German pilgrims, September 20, 1938, quoted in Robert Martin "Spiritual Semites: Catholics and Jews during World War II", p. 18.

"Go bury the delusive hope About His Holiness the Pope. For all he knows concerning Race Would get a schoolboy in disgrace. Old, muddle-headed, doddering, ill, His knowledge is precisely nil. And, gone in years, he can but keep His motley flock of piebald sheep; Since he regards both Blacks and Whites As children all with equal rights, As Christians all (whate'er their hues), They're 'spiritually' not but Jews. The Vatican (e'en blockheads know) With verdigris is covered so, And wants, no doubt, the fathful band Of Christians who around it stand As far as 'ghostly welfare' goes To lead 'em by the (hooked) nose. A pretty picture all men know The firm of 'Judah-Rome and Co.' And 'Old Man' e'er can tell the tale And, sure, his pity will not fail. The banner is at last unfurled: 'Chief Rabbi of the Christian world'. ---- Nazi response to Pope Pius XI's September 20, 1938 remarks as translated by J. Derek Holmes in "The Papacy in the Modern World". pp. 116-117

"Repelled by Nazi totalitarianism and racism, [Cardinal Michael von] Faulhaber contributed to the failure of Hitler's Munich putsch (1923)... During the Nazi regime he delivered his famous sermons entitled 'Juadaism, Christianity, and Germany' which emphasized the Jewish background of Christianity and pointed out that the teachings of the New Testament logically followed those of the Old... Throught his sermons until the collapse (1945) of the Third Reich, Faulhaber vigorously criticized Nazism, despite governmental opposition. Attempts on his life were made in 1934 and 1938. Working with the U.S. occupation forces, he received the West German Republic's highest award, the Grand Cross of the Order of Merit" ---- Encyclopedia Britannica, 15th ed., micropaedia, vol. IV, p. 65.

"Fearlessly, [Cardinal Faulhaber] gave his famous series of Advent sermons in 1933 in which the Nazi racial ideology, with its vicious anti-Semitism, was refuted by a scholarly - and simultaneously deeply moving - treatment of the Old Testament. Nothing could have been a more obvious challenge to the Nazis than this exhortation to meditate on the beauties of the Jewish religion and its deep inner relatinoship to Christianity. The Nazis recognized this challenge and prohibited the printed and distribution of the sermons. In addition, they made it obvious that they were watching those who attended the sermons; yet the crowds were so great that loudspeakers had to be installed in two neighboring churches. The courage of their cardinal was, throughout the Hiterl period, a source of inspiration for the people of his archdiocese." ---Mary Alice Gallin, "German Resistance to Hitler: Ethical and Religious Factors", p. 210

"Hitler did not succeed in suppressing all vestiges of personal courage...there exist opponents of Hitler whose strength of sul and integrity is so great that, notwithstanding the calumnies with which the Nazis have tried to smear them, the Germans know that these men risk their lives and liberty...for these men are churchmen. Their every sermon and every pastoral letter is a political event in the Germany of today and no word of them is ever lost...[the German Catholic bishops] whose utternaces are a remarkably frank denunciation of Nazi treatment of the Jews and conquered people and their contempt for individual rights...to all practical intents and purposes Catholic oppostiion to Nazism has been much mor important and articulate than Protestant opposition... The uncomfortable truth is that neither Liberal bourgeoisie nor Labour has bred any anti-Nazi opponents who enjoy even a percentage of the veneration enjoyed by Faulhaber, archbishop of Munich... As a matter of fact, the Nazis have met their only major domestic defeat in their effort to destroy the Christian faith. In the midst of the debris of trade unions, Freemasons, lodges, and of the Socialist and Communist parties which have fallen before Hitelr as if they were papier-mache, organized Christianity still stands." ---Countess Waldeck, Jewish refugee, as quoted in Sir Arnold Lunn's "Is the Catholic Church Anti-Social?" p. 31.

"If we have been rescued; if Jews are still alive in Rome, come with us and thank the Pope in the Vatican." ---Jewish refugee quoted in Lapide, p. 131.

In 1944, Rabbi Zolli, the Chief Rabbi of Rome, and one of the foremost Old Testament scholars in the world, converted to Catholicism, along with his entire family. Rabbi Zolli took the name Eugenio in honor of the man who had demonstrated, by his example, the love of God on earth - the former Eugenio Pacelli, now Pope Pius XII. This spiritual journey is described in "Why I Became a Catholic." Eugenio Zolli died in poverty in 1956.

the eschatology of traditional Christianity calls for the conversion of a remnant (144,000) of Jews and the rest to perish in an unpleasant way. To Jews that is a big nasty deal. So long as a Christian church, any Christian church, calls for the conversion of jews, Jews are threatened by that Church. Take a look at the ADL web page, there's tons of stuff about it. Consider Kevin MacDonald's work on the separateness of Jews and how they enforce it through their religion: how would they do it if they were all converted? No, that would be a violation of the law for religious jews and it would be equally onerous to secular Jews like Dershovitz who nonetheless cherish their tribal identity.

So, even though we have to admit that the Roman Church did resist the NS regime in some serious ways, we also have to admit that they also had certain accomodations with the Hitler regime (Concordat) and that many German and European Catholics did their part for their race and nation.

In my view, the Roman Church has been a foe of Jewry since Constantine. Probably, THE foe of Jewry. But that has been in question now for decades. I appreciate Final S helping me keep an eye on this even though he certainly disagrees with my some of my views on this topic.

The jehovah's witnesses believe that's the number of people that will eventually be allowed into heaven. I always wondered why they proselytize? Don't they run the risk of being bumped by converting someone more righteous than themselves?

Anyhow, it certainly illustrates how anything in theology can be made to serve any purpose.
TFS, I read your entire article above. It helps prove the lie of a 1963 play which blamed the Pope for failures to help Jews during WWII. You did a good job of exposing the lie, which I conclude was your only purpose.

Incident, aside from our differences regarding publicly active groups and WNs, I do admire and appreciate your intelligence, writing abilities, and insights. I envy them as well.
Thanks, Rounder. I recall reading about that play, the thesis of which was elaborated in Cornwell's Hitler's Pope, which I found terribly disapponting. I naively bought the book thinking that it would show Pius XII actually helped kill kikes, whereas all that was ever claimed was he could somehow have done more to save them. To me, but I suspect to very few true Christians, it seemed to beg the question: why does a Catholic/Christian have to do anything to help kikes when kikes seem to have very little interest in reciprocating?

"On Pilgrimage - December 1956"
By Dorothy Day
The Catholic Worker, December 1956, 1, 6, 7.

Summary: (DOC #715) Reports on the many religious serving poor Negroes in Mississippi in schools, parishes, and aid associations. Stories of segregation and small victories for equal rights. Keywords: African-American, colored, blacks, civil rights

THE FATHERS of the Divine Word, have many priests working in the South. Fr. Max Williams, S.V.D. himself is of that area, his people coming from the gulf region. His background is more French than colored, and when he was first sent on assignments to colored parishes, he greatly confused the whites of the district, who could not tell whether he was Mexican, Italian or Spanish. He is a vigorous young priest, very happy in his work in the south. Previously he had been in Washington parish in Louisiana and led in rural life work and the credit union movement. His Church was the auditorium at the end of St. Gabriel’s school which is staffed by Oblate Sisters of Providence whose mother house is in Baltimore. His room and sacristy was an empty school room next to the chapel, and although he was served breakfast by the sisters, he prepared his other meals himself. The sisters were most hospitable and happy to see visitors, busy though they were with their teaching and missionary work.

Fr. Williams himself drove me to Greenwood, my next stop and on the way, we skirted the highway and went back deep into the Delta country to pass through Money, that strange name for a spot in Mississippi where there is a cotton gin and a few stores, and has now been made infamous by the murder of the fourteen year old boy Emmet Till who was taken out in the dead of night, beaten, murdered and flung into the meandering Tallahatchie river, which we crossed many times that morning.

The mystery of iniquity! Here on Forsythe street, just down the street from The Catholic Worker is the tavern where the murderers met to pay off for the acid throwing which blinded Riesel, the labor columnist; and a thousand miles south, in that beautiful peaceful countryside, rich and bountiful to man in the goods of the earth, murder also blackened the landscape. No one can ever think of that Delta section of Mississippi again without remembering Money and the murder committed there.

The story now is that after the trial, the neighboring white families went to the two men concerned, and told them, "you have been acquitted, but we don’t want you hereabouts. Go!" And though the law found them innocent, the people found them guilty, and in the next town where they settled, the story went around,--"those storekeepers selling watermelon down the street are the murderers of Emmett Till," and again a delegation visited them, and they were told to go. The mark of Cain is on them now, and God is not mocked.

We Are In This Struggle Together

By Michael W. Cooper, S.J., S.T.D.
Senior Religious Advisor

Fall, 2001

The Center for Catholic-Jewish Studies, located at Saint Leo University just north of Tampa, Florida, and cosponsored
by The American Jewish Committee, works to promote mutual understanding and appreciation between our two communities of faith. Together in the spirit of the Hebrew Tikkun Olam (trying to repair/improve the World), we are working together to model tolerance in a world so torn by strife and prejudice among both religions and nations. The most tragic and sorrowful events of September 11, 2001, as well as the continuing saga in Israel and in Northern Ireland simply
remind us how desperately we and our world needs tolerance — if only to survive.

In our own endeavors over the past year to try to model and to live tolerance, what strikes me as the secret of our success lies in our growing friendship with one another. Though we are far from perfect, perhaps our experience can offer back some hope and encouragement to our world so needy of basic tolerance. Allow me to expand on this very important part of who we are.

Dominus Jesus—a Catholic Issue

At our fall Board Meeting, Tom Buckridge, seconded by Tom Draude, made a very impassioned plea that the Center make a response to the recent Vatican Document, Dominus Jesus. The document seemed to discount the authenticity and legitimacy of other religions — Christian and otherwise. Both a good number of Catholics as well as other men and women of faith found the language and tone of Dominus Jesus insulting and demeaning. Continued dialogue and cooperation between Catholicism and other religions had now been called into question.

With Tom Buckridge as Convener, abbi James Rudin and I addressed Dominus Jesus at a Town Hall Meeting on November 3, 2000, which included open discussion and exchange. Rabbi Jim and I situated the document by pointing out that it was not “infallible” and thus needed to be interpreted in the context of “Nostra Aetate” of Vatican II, Pope John Paul II’s own words and actions in recognizing and affirming other religious groups, as well as our own religious experience of being called together in faith and love to the Jewish-Catholic Dialogue. We felt that all these factors indicated in a much more definitive way God’s desire for us to continue our dialogue and mutual endeavors together in a spirit of mutual appreciation and respect.

In a very real way Dominus Jesus is “a Catholic issue.” Though there are definite implications and ramifications for the possibility of Jewish-Catholic dialogue, the document, as Rabbi Rudin pointed out, does not even make mention of Jews. The onus and responsibility for addressing this document fell to the “Catholic” side of our Center. Nonetheless, Rabbi Rudin came up from Sanibel to join me in the presentation and a host of my Jewish brothers and sisters from the West Coast Florida Chapter of the AJC came to the Town Hall Meeting to express both their interest and solidarity in this endeavor as well as to dialogue about the implications of Dominus Jesus. I appreciated their coming but only later did I realize the deeper signficance of our bonding together.

“B.C.” – a Jewish Issue

Our annual Conference and the Eternal Light Dinner in April were truly a celebration of our growing collaboration and fellowship. But more recently, a seemingly “Jewish” issue has called us to cement our bonds of friendship between Catholics and Jews even more. On the last day of Passover and Easter Sunday, April 15, 2001, cartoonist Johnny Hart’s “B.C.” depicted the seven candles of the menorah, a sacred symbol to Jews and Judaism, burning out, one by one, as the seven last words of Christ are recited. In the last panel of the comic strip, the entire menorah, representing the Jewish religion, is replaced by a Christian cross.

The subtle or not so subtle point of evangelical born-again Johnny Hart is that Christianity has replaced Judaism. The theological term for this, supercessionism, has been repudiated as untrue by any number of leading Protestant and Catholic theologians, as well as by Pope John Paul II! Yet this partisan — I would not call it theological — oneupsmanship has offered legitimation and even urgency to all sorts of violence and hostility against the Jews. We need go no further than September 11 to find further examples of these kinds of atrocities – done in the name of religion! Whether in cartoons, from the pulpit, or by suicide bombings, this sort of religious intolerance from whatever side must cease.

We Are In This Struggle Together

Last June at a luncheon to talk about fostering Jewish-Catholic relations, five rabbis from the Tampa Bay area challenged the Center for not taking a public position regarding the “B.C.” cartoon and also the anti-semitic comments of Charlie Ward and other fundamentalists basketball players for the Knicks in The New York Times Magazine article. I accept their critique. But as I reflected on their words and felt both their pain and their passion, I realized that the Center needs to make a statement not just because we are a Center for Catholic-Jewish Studies. The “B.C.” cartoon and the Charlie Ward comments are not just “a Jewish problem,” just as Dominus Jesus is not just “a Catholic problem.” These are our problems and challenges, for we are in this together and now more than ever.

Because of our personal commitment and the evolution in Catholic-Jewish relations through the moments we have shared, we are no longer two groups working on common causes, which either help or benefit one or the other of us. We are one in this struggle for tolerance and Tikkun Olam. Our vision and mission can only work maximally when there is no longer a “them” and an “us,” however cordial, but only a we and an our. This, I believe, is the power of friendship growing in us that has and will make so many wonderful things possible through the Center for Catholic-Jewish Studies. Amidst all the struggles and violence in the world, our God truly rejoices in our growing oneness and friendship.

At the same time, the tragic events of September 11 really challenge us to share the fruits and blessings of our Jewish-Catholic dialogue by being beacons of religious tolerance and Tikkun Olam towards Muslims and other men and women of different faith traditions, cultures and languages. We hope to examine some of the underlying human and theological issues underlying religious oneupsmanship and supercessionism in two Town Hall Meetings this fall in Sarasota and Tampa as well as in the next issue of The Eternal Light. We welcome any comments or suggestions in this regard.

Jarl, there is a huge amount of tension in local dioceses over the Mexicans. The methodology of the Church was always to segregate immigrants from assimlated folks, but the system has prevented that strategy from going forward as efficiently as it did in the past.

They want to milk the sheep and occasionally shear them of their wool, and more sheep is better than less, but if you put two different varieties of sheep in the same corrall, they bite each other and disrupt harmonious operations. What to do! What to do! Sooner or later the Church will understand that NATIONS are the pens into which sheep should be kept, and that jumbling them all together will make CHAOS.

South Africa Bishops Urge More Efforts for Zimbabwe and Sudan
Make Appeal Over Ongoing Crises

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa, AUG. 20, 2004 (Zenit.org).- The Southern African Catholic Bishops' Conference urged the international community to take stronger action to end the tragedies in Zimbabwe and Sudan.

"The Catholic Bishops decry the ongoing human suffering of their brothers and sisters in Zimbabwe and Sudan, and call on the Southern African Development Community, the African Union [AU], and the United Nations to take stronger action, including the consideration of targeted sanctions, to prevent further suffering," an episcopal statement affirmed.

The statement was made at the conclusion of a meeting of the bishops' conference Aug. 11.

"The Zimbabwean situation of starvation and malnutrition, willful political violence and intimidation, and the immoral use of food aid by the Zimbabwean government, demands stronger and transparent intervention by African governments through the AU," the bishops stressed.

"With more than 3 million people displaced as a result of the crisis in Zimbabwe, a generation of exiles and refugees has been created," they added. "This situation cannot be allowed to continue."

"In Sudan," the statement continued, "while tens of thousands have been killed and more than a million displaced in the Darfur region, thousands in other parts of Sudan, such as the Malakal district, silently face equally devastating violence at the hands of militias actively supported by the Khartoum government."

"The U.N. investigation team issued a report on Aug. 6, 2004, stating that it cannot be doubted that the government of Sudan is 'responsible' for what has happened in Darfur. We ourselves have personally witnessed some of these atrocities during visits to Sudan," the bishops said.

Because of this, "the African Union (AU) in particular must take action against the government of Sudan and exclude it from all AU organs such as its Human Rights Commission. In addition, pressure must be brought to bear on the government of Sudan to implement the African Union provisions on good governance and the promotion of human rights," they added.

Wow. Look at how well the queer mafiya is organized. They have front after front to push their thing forward, overlapping directorates, etc. Many diff orgs poised to accomplish specific purposes: some to raise money, some to change laws, some focused to push narrow institutional agendas, some charities, etc. That is a "movement" that is well organized and going somewhere. Somewhere bad, yes, but there are tactics and strategies worth examination.

POPE JOHN PAUL II RECEIVES AMERICAN JEWISH JOINT DISTRIBUTION COMMITTEE (JDC) LEADERS, EXPRESSES HOPE FOR STRONGER JEWISH-CATHOLIC TIES

VATICAN CITY, MARCH 30, 2004 -Pope John Paul II received American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC) President Eugene Ribakoff and Executive Vice President Steve Schwager at an audience in the Vatican yesterday (Monday, March 29).

The meeting was initiated in order to enhance cooperation between JDC and international Catholic relief organizations.

During the half-hour meeting, the Pope called the visit "yet another sign of the bonds of friendship between the Jewish people and the Catholic Church, bonds which we hope will grow ever stronger."
After the meeting, JDC President Ribakoff issued the following statement:

"This was an important meeting coming at a pivotal time in the relationship between the Catholic Church and the Jewish people. We were deeply moved by the depth of the commitment the Pope expressed to strengthening the ties between us. We look forward to building on the cooperation we have already begun in caring for those in need around the world, in keeping with JDC's longstanding role in helping Israel and Jewish communities globally."
At the meeting, the JDC leaders presented the Pontiff with a Passover Seder plate, a replica of one made in 1948 for Jews in the Foehrenwald Displaced Persons Camp near Munich. Foehrenwald was one of dozens of such camps in which JDC provided aid to some 250,000 survivors after the Holocaust.

Ribakoff pointed out to the Pontiff that the plate, manufactured by DPs with JDC assistance during Israel's independence year, carried a unique legend – "This Year in Jerusalem" – that reflected the DPs' aspirations and those of the entire Jewish people.

Founded in 1914, JDC provides relief and aid to Jews and Jewish communities in need in 59 countries around the world.

DELEGATES OF THE AMERICAN JEWISH COMMITTEE HAVE PAPAL AUDIENCE
JEWISH REPRESENTATIVE HAILS POPE'S CONTRIBUTION TO INTERFAITH DIALOGUE

VATICAN CITY, FEB. 5, 2004 (Zenit.org).- The president of the American Jewish Committee praised the decisive contribution John Paul II has made to the Jewish-Catholic dialogue in his 25-year pontificate.

At a papal audience granted to members of the committee, its president, Harold Tanner mentioned the most significant steps taken by the Pope: his visit to the Synagogue in Rome in 1986, as well as his visit to Israel in 2000 "after the establishment of full relations between the Holy See and the Jewish state."
That 2000 visit "was a most powerful testimony of the genuine transformation of the Church's relationship with the Jewish People," Tanner said.

The American Jewish Committee president added that he also "profoundly" appreciated "your manifold statements on the unique relationship between our two faiths and your description of the Jewish people as the Church's dearly beloved elder of the unbroken and eternal Covenant."

Official delegations of the Jewish committee have been received in Rome by the Holy Father on four occasions, and the committee's representatives have met with him at other times.

"You have also been particularly forthright in condemning all prejudice and bigotry especially anti-Semitism," Tanner said.

"We know that this is not coincidental to your own persona, background and experience and you have emphasized that we must work devotedly to ensure that the memory of the Shoah [Holocaust] and its implications for humanity at large, are studied and taught to future generations," he continued.

"But because we bear the wounds of this particular experience, we are of course especially perturbed these days by the present wave of anti-Semitic expression and violence," Tanner said. "We therefore are particularly grateful to you for the categorical statements of the Holy See condemning this perversity."

"In this regard," he continued, "we are especially horrified by the way religion has been abused in the Middle East and around the world, to justify and even glorify the killing of innocents. We are grateful for your powerful statements condemning violence in the name of religion, and we pray that the world at large will listen and recognize the truth of your words."

Tanner expressed his gratitude for the testimony of the Church in the United States.

"I believe it true to say that no Jewish community at any time and in any place has enjoyed the degree of warm friendship and collegial cooperation that we have enjoyed with the Catholic Church in America," he said.

The American Jewish Committee (www.ajc.org) says its mission has three essential elements:

-- "to safeguard the welfare and security of Jews in the United States, in Israel, and throughout the world";

-- "to strengthen the basic principles of pluralism around the world, as the best defense against anti-Semitism and other forms of bigotry";

-- "to enhance the quality of American Jewish life by helping to ensure Jewish continuity and deepen ties between American and Israeli Jews."

WE MUST REAFFIRM CONDEMNATION OF RACISM & ANTI SEMITISM

VATICAN CITY, FEB 5, 2004 (VIS) - This morning John Paul II received members from the American Jewish Committee and, during brief remarks, recalled their previous visit in 1985 on the twentieth anniversary of the Conciliar
Declaration, 'Nostra Aetate,' which "has so significantly contributed to the strengthening of Jewish-Catholic relations."

"As we now approach the fortieth anniversary of this historic document," the Pope went on to say, "there is regrettably a great need to repeat our utter condemnation of racism and anti-Semitism. Violence in the name of religion is always a desecration to religion. Countering this alarming trend requires that together we stress the importance of religious education
which promotes respect and love towards others."

"In these days our attention remains drawn to the Holy Land which continues to be afflicted by violence and suffering. He concluded by saying: "It is my fervent prayer that a just solution will be found which respects the rights and security of both Israelis and Palestinians."

DIALOGUE BETWEEN CATHOLICS, CHIEF RABBINATE IS SIGN OF HOPE

VATICAN CITY, JAN 16, 2004 (VIS) - Pope John Paul II today welcomed to the Vatican Jona Metzgher and Slomo Amar, chief rabbis of Israel and Oded Wiener, director general of the Chief Rabbinate, who are in Rome to attend the Concert of Reconciliation that will be performed by the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra tomorrow evening in the Paul VI Hall.

The Pope noted that "in the twenty-five years of my Pontificate I have striven to promote Jewish-Catholic dialogue and to foster ever greater understanding, respect and cooperation between us. Indeed, one of the highlights of my Pontificate will always remain my Jubilee Pilgrimage to the Holy Land, which included intense moments of remembrance, reflection and
prayer at the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial and at the Wailing Wall."

He added that "the official dialogue established between the Catholic Church and the Chief Rabbinate of Israel is a sign of great hope. We must spare no effort in working together to build a world of justice, peace and reconciliation for all peoples. May Divine Providence bless our work and crown it with success!"

Israel Declares German Cardinal Höffner "Righteous" For Saving Jews During World War II

COLOGNE, Germany, NOV. 3, 2003 (Zenit.org).- The late Cardinal Joseph Höffner was conferred the honor of "Righteous Among the Nations" by the state of Israel, for having saved Jewish lives during World War II.

The Cologne Archdiocese, which the cardinal led until 1987, announced the award. The award is the highest conferred by Israel on non-Jews.

The Yad Vashem award was conferred on the cardinal and on his sister, Helene Hesseler-Höffner, for having saved a little Jewish girl from Nazi persecution.
Beginning in March 1943, then Father Höffner and his sister gave secret shelter in the city of Keil to 7-year-old Esther Sara Meyerowitz of Berlin.

The girl was first received in the parish under the name Christa Koch. After Father Höffner was appointed pastor in 1943, he entrusted the girl to the family of farmer Wilhelm Hechler.

That same year the priest and his sister took in for six months Edith Nowak, a Jew, and her husband, an evangelical.

Born in 1906, Joseph Höffner was one of the greatest experts of his time on Church social doctrine. He was founder, director and faculty member of the Institute of Christian Social Sciences in Munich from 1951-1961. He was also scientific adviser to three Ministries of the Federal Republic of Germany.

As bishop of Munster, he attended the Second Vatican Council. He was appointed coadjutor archbishop of Cologne in January 1969. On Feb. 24, 1969, he was appointed archbishop.

Paul VI made him a cardinal that same year. He was president of the German episcopal conference from 1976 to 1987. Cardinal Höffner resigned from the pastoral government of the Cologne Archdiocese in September 1987 and died a month later.

I think these are very troubling organizations. These apologizers for non-White and illegal immigration to the US are likely involved in criminal consipiracies to smuggle and hide invaders. They should be investigated and denounced.

As for cooperation or compromise with jews as a group, that is like mixing milk and poison. Which will out? It should not be done and people involved in any such particular enterprise should be regarded with a high level of suspicion.

Catholics in the US have been more nicey nicey with Jews than Catholics in Europe because a) Catholics in the US were immigrants to the native stock, not just Mexicans now but Irish and before them Germans. So they were initially in a somewhat subversive role, and of course the eternal jew is always a subversive of any natural organic order by nature and so there were immediate affinities that did not exist in Catholic Europe. b) and this has stuck with them a bit on down to today where they are big in the democrat party and make many an alliance with the Jews. Thing is that is certainly not confined to Catholics, overall other sects have gone farther faster to accomodating the jew than Catholics.

however we are in a historic time and the question of whether or not Christianity is its own master or merely a golem will be judged much by developments that would seem to be nearing the horizon such as the selection of a new Pope.

Right now peace tranquility and a fattening consumer economy is the enemy not only of our racial solidarity but solidarity of traditionally oriented Christians against these multiple massive offenses.

I will agree that it is tempting to say base camp has been over-run and call artillery fire down on one's own head. But who knows maybe the institution is more durable than that.

The Children Shall Lead
David Halberstam credits the youth in the civil rights movement.
by Will Campbell

http://www.sojo.net/magazine/archives/soj9805/images/980523.jpg

Whatever drove him, more than any writer I know—Christian, Jewish, or whatever—Halberstam saw the work the children were about in the ’60s as more than an attack on Southern ways, more than a secular movement. And he was driven by more than "a simple sense of justice," as significant as that is.

Instead, Halberstam seems to be saying that "the children" were messengers of God, not one more social movement. That is why Halberstam’s book is a theological message that should be of interest to every Christian.

The children were radiating what has already been done in the act of God in Christ. They were demonstrating incarnation over deification. God become human. Not human become God through good works. A God who continues to work in strange and mysterious ways.

Those we were visiting were part of a Christian missionary enterprise called Providence Farm. As a cooperative, it was suspect with the neighbors. Because it was interracial, it was anathema.

Providence Farms operated a medical clinic and cooperative store, organized federal credit unions, and carried on various community activities, summer camps, and auxiliary schooling for poor black children—anything to minister to the needs of the poor black people of Holmes County. The members had lived and worked in the country for almost 20 years. Providence Farm residents posited that implementation of the Court’s decision was just, right, and necessary.

I was struck by the irony of those hate-filled men—deacons, elders, and Sunday school teachers in their Baptist, Methodist, and Presbyterian churches—who were expelling the families, while this callow young Jew, a stranger untried in the ways of the white Southland of the mid-1950s, was reaching out in compassion. I should not have been surprised. It was from Halberstam’s spiritual ancestors that we Christians got our notion of justice. And Pope Pius XI said we are all spiritual Semites.

As we joined hands around the big table while one of the fathers gave thanks, I tried to remember the wording of the admonition to the Israelites in the wilderness about accepting the ger, the sojourner, the stranger as one of them. I knew the two of us were in the wilderness all right. But I wasn’t sure which was the ger. I knew I felt a oneness with the tall Yankee, and was grateful for his concern.

And stupid we were!

Speaking of my (catholic) family history, there was nothing that made Irish or Italian or German or Hungarian catholics happier than sticking it to the white "anglo" elite. I remember it well.

When Irish Catholic Ted Kennedy crossed his fingers in 1965 and lied his ass off saying the then-new immigration act wouldn't change America's racial make-up, plenty of other Catholics were sniggering and nudging each other in the shoulders too. Because working class catholic whites in the 60s all lived in white neighborhoods and they figured immigration would never affect them.

Now they, or their kids, or even their grand-kids, are getting called "anglos" themselves and are getting totally displaced. Yeah, they screwed the bigshots and they screwed their own future.

This whole thing is whites-screwing-other-whites you know. Who knows? Catholic ethnics who survived the depression figured they'd get even for the fat white corporate prigs who blew smoke in their faces when they were down. Just like the organizations here are probably run by guys working off grudges of their own.

Whites never learn that race suicide is a bad way to get even.

Canadian Church Leaders Speak Out Against Antisemitism

December 8, 2003

"A Church Leaders’ Letter Against Anti-Semitism to the Churches of Canada, the Jewish Community in Canada, and to All People of Good Will. . .

[Courtesy of www.ccc-cce.ca]

We, the leaders of nine Christian churches in Canada, speak to you together through the facilitation of the Canadian Council of Churches, of which we all are members. In this letter, we are addressing one situation only, which is a Canadian one. While we recognize that there are other serious situations here in Canada and throughout the world, which demand the faithful attention of all people of good will, we have become profoundly concerned and deeply dismayed by the alarming increase of anti-Semitism in Canada. This anti-Semitism has taken many forms, including violence against Jewish persons - simply because of their ethnic or religious background, and the desecration of Holy places and cemeteries. We have become alerted to this resurgent evil through our own witness, through the media, and through the concern of others, including members of the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

We, the undersigned, representing many of the Christian churches in Canada, are fully aware of and deeply grateful for the Jewish roots of our faith traditions. In the Epistle to the Romans, Chapter 11, verses 17 and 18, St. Paul wrote,

You Gentiles are like a branches of a wild olive tree that
were made to be a part of a cultivated olive tree . . .
you enjoy the blessings that come from being part
of that cultivated tree . . . Just remember that you
are not supporting the roots of that tree.
Its roots are supporting you.”
(Contemporary English Version)
Therefore we would declare our unqualified gratitude for the gifts of the Jewish people to world civilization in general and Canadian society in particular.

We acknowledge with sadness and regret, and with no little shame, the historic burden of persecution, which Jews have borne throughout western history; a burden all too often inflicted by Christians, who have maligned Jesus’ own people in Jesus’ name.

We challenge all churches, parishes, congregations and people of good will to find ways and means to expose and eradicate anti-Semitism within and from Canadian society.

We must not be silent.

We urge all within our church communities and indeed, all Canadians, to exercise the greatest diligence on behalf of our Jewish friends and neighbours, that when they come under attack, and their sacred places desecrated, that they find true solidarity in establishing security and in redressing wrong.

We invite all our people, where the opportunity exists, to become acquainted with our Jewish brothers and sisters and with their places of worship in communities from coast to coast to coast, celebrating all that we share with our Jewish friends and neighbours, and respecting our differences.

We commit ourselves to demonstrating not only through words but through united action, our determination to confront anti-Semitism on every front.

This we pledge in the unwavering conviction of the eternal love of Almighty God for all peoples and nations, in the unwavering conviction that we are, Jews and Christians alike, brothers and sisters, children of one God, heirs in faith of Abraham and Sarah."

Holocaust Memorial Day Prompts Warnings: Christian and Jewish Leaders in Ireland and Britain Issue Statements

MAYNOOTH, Ireland, JAN. 27, 2004 (Zenit.org).- The lessons of the Holocaust that doomed 6 million Jews still have not been learned, says the archbishop primate of Ireland.

In a message for Holocaust Memorial Day issued through the Irish bishops' press office, Archbishop Sean Brady of Armagh said: "We need to heed the lessons of the Holocaust and learn for the future."

"We know that these lessons have not been learnt, as the genocide of 1994 in Rwanda shows," the message said. "There, 1 million people were murdered within the space of 100 days."

A number of European countries observed the day in honor of the victims of the Nazi-led Holocaust.

"Tuesday, 27 January, Holocaust Memorial Day, marks the anniversary of the liberation of the Nazi concentration camp of Auschwitz-Birkenau," the Irish primate's message said. "One of the purposes of marking this date is to try and ensure that the horrendous crimes committed during the Holocaust are never repeated anywhere in the world."

The message lamented: "Racism and bigotry continue to raise their ugly heads, much nearer home, albeit on a much smaller scale, and in different contexts and circumstances. A truly democratic and tolerant society, free of the evils of prejudice, racism and other forms of bigotry, acknowledges and respects, at all times, the dignity of all its citizens, regardless of race, religion, gender or social condition."

In London, the Anglican archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams, and the Catholic archbishop of Westminster, Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor, joined Jewish leaders in warning of the resurgence of anti-Semitism.

Chief Rabbi Jonathan Sacks also signed the statement, which challenges in particular anti-Semitic criticism of Israel, the Times reported.

The leaders acknowledge that criticism of any government is a legitimate part of democratic debate. But they insisted that such criticism should not extend to a denial of Israel's right to exist or serve as justification for attacks on Jews around the world. The Times described the statement as "unprecedented in its strength."

What Does the New Testament Teach About the Restoration of Israel
By Jan Willem van der Hoeven

Jesus was asked by His disciples whether He would restore the kingdom to Israel at that time, to which He replied:

"It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in His own power. But you shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and you shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." (Acts 1:6-8)

Jesus' answer implied that although the time of favour for Israel was at that moment to pass over to the Gentiles, there would be a time when God would restore again the "kingdom to Israel." This truth is clearly taught throughout the Scriptures; after the fullness of the Gentiles is brought into the kingdom of God, He will again give His ancient people, the Jews, another time of grace and favour.

There are a number of verses in the New Testament which further spell out this principle. Peter, speaking to the Jews, said:

"And He shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began." (Acts 3:20-21)

Later in the book of Acts, James says:

"Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for His name. And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written, After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up." (Acts 15:13-16)

It is clear from these verses that before "restoring the kingdom to Israel" and building "again the tabernacle of David," God would turn in grace to the Gentiles and call out of them a people unto His name. After this God promises to return and build again the tabernacle of David.

This agrees with two other passages which state that when the fullness of the time of the Gentiles is fulfilled, Jerusalem will again be restored to Jewish sovereignty.

"…Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled." (Luke 21:24)

In Romans 11:25-26, Paul declares:

"For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part if happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob."

Here the same point is stressed: the completion of God's purposes with the Gentiles marks the beginning of His renewed grace to the people of Israel. After the time of the Gentiles has been fulfilled, after the fullness of the Gentiles has come into the kingdom, then all Israel will be saved - the "times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord." (Acts 3:19)

This agrees with the many Old Testament passages which clearly refer to an eternal purpose of God for His ancient people - eternal promises that will be fulfilled to them, not just in a temporary way as if they were only God's example from ancient times for the "Church Age," but fulfilled practically, literally and completely.

Paul, in his fundamental chapters 9, 10 and 11 of the Epistle to the Romans, teaches these same principles concerning the Jewish people:

"I say, then, hath God cast away His people? God forbid?" (Romans 11:1)

It is obviously the plan of God to receive them back in mercy:

"For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance." (Romans 11:29)

There are many Old Testament prophecies, which have not yet had their fulfillment, and cannot in all honesty be explained away as having been spiritually fulfilled through the first coming of Christ. The New Testament also makes clear reference to prophecies that are yet to be fulfilled. Only in the light of these New Testament verses do the as yet unfulfilled Old Testament prophecies make sense. For example, it was spoken by Simeon at the birth of Jesus:

"For mine eyes have seen Thy salvation, which Thou hast prepared before the face of all people; a light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of Thy people Israel… Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel… " (Luke 2:30-34)

It should be evident from such verses that Jesus would be first a light to the Gentiles and cause the fall of many of His own people, but afterwards He would become the glory of Israel and cause the rising again of many in Israel. Such New Testament promises underline that all the glory God has promised through the prophets for Israel in the latter days will indeed be revealed:

- The wolf shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid. (Isaiah 11:6)

- The people shall beat their swords into ploughshares. (Isaiah 2:4)

- The nations shall come up to Jerusalem to learn the ways of the Lord. (Isaiah 2:3)

- The Lord will be King in Jerusalem and reign on His holy hill. (Psalm 2:6)

- Israel will be back in her land that God promised her as an everlasting possession. ((Isaiah 11:10-12)

- Righteousness and peace will flow like a might river from Jerusalem and cover the earth like the seas. (Isaiah 11:9)

- The Lord will become the glory of His people Israel. (Luke 2:32)

These are but a few of the prophecies, which have not yet been fulfilled, but are promised by God. As Jesus said:

"Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. For verily I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in now wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled." (Matthew 5:17-18)

This emphasizes that everything the prophets foretold will be fulfilled, not just convenient portions of it. Jesus Himself states that He will see to it that all the prophecies will come to pass before any of God's word is removed. This includes those prophecies, which were not fulfilled by Jesus' first coming.

It therefore is right, in the light of these clear New Testament passages, to expect a literal fulfillment of all that has been promised through Israel's prophets concerning her future,

"Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fullness?… For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?" (Romans 11:12-15)

What a wonderful time in which to live!

Recognizing this truth brings the apostle Paul to great joy. We Gentiles can also share in that joy, for in Christ we are allowed to inherit with Israel all these biblical promises which are yet to be fulfilled.

"For all the promises of God in Him are yea, and in Him Amen, unto the glory of God by us." (2 Corinthians 1:20)

Not for nothing did Christ teach us to pray: "Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven."

It is difficult to see how the first coming of Christ could have fulfilled all the promises, which clearly have been made by God. The prophets foretold that there would be a day on earth, under the reign of the Messiah in Jerusalem with His nation, when:

1) All wars would cease.

2) Each man would live "under his own fig tree in equality and justice.

3) The child would play with the viper so that there would be harmony between mankind and the animal world (no more killing of the whales).

4) Nature would be fully restored; the trees would "clap their hands" and the Dead Sea water would become sweet.

The Jewish people know that these are to be the fruits of the coming of the messiah, and thus find it difficult to believe that He has already come since these things obviously have not yet been fulfilled. We believe, of course, that the messiah has come once; and we join Paul in rejoicing at the restoration of Israel, for we know that it signals the return of the Messiah and the fulfillment of all the prophecies, for:

"When the Lord shall build up Zion, He shall appear in His glory." (Psalm 102:16)

For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that He might have mercy upon all. O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments, and His ways past finding out! For who hath known the mind of the Lord? Or who hath been His counselor? Or who have first given to Him, and it shall be recompensed unto Him again? For of him, and through Him, and to Him are all things: to Him be glory forever. Amen. (Romans 11:32-36)

Christianity 'semitized' the Whites in preparation for their domination by the jews, rather than strengthening Whites. White communities existed before Christianity, in which individuals were subordinate to the needs of their community.Christianity was far more a means of culture-distortion and subjection for White communities, so that they could be made subjects of a king, emperor and priesthood.

Conclusion: The Bible was not written by Whites and it is not for Whites. Imagine the Aztecs mounting an invasion of Spain, and claiming that they were the "true Catholics" and "the true Spaniards!" How would they explain "their" holy texts for being written in Latin and Spanish? Their problem would be the same as that of "Israel-Identity" proponents.

DOWN WITH ZOG! ORION:Our Race Is Our Nation!

"ZOG means Zionist Occupation Government. The connotation is an alien and hostile government occupying and exploiting a territory and its native population in ways designed to maximize the alien elite's perceived interests at the expense of the natives."-
And stupid we were!
Whites never learn that race suicide is a bad way to get even.
well those are interesting and good points. on the one hand, there is an argument that the Anglos esp the Puritans were the original race traitors by inviting the jews back into england after cutting the head off the king, pillaging Ireland and such. then getting kicked out and bring jews and very jewish ways to the new world. then there is the discussion about how when in the 60s blockbusting was going on, where quakers and jews and other utopian fanatics were trying to implement their idead of what desegregated housing stock should look like, the Roman Church in a historic error, FAILED MISERABLY to serve their constituents and prevent invasion of blacks into White Catholic ethnic neighborhoods. today mank of the same rank traitors hold sway and would again seek to sell out the existing flock in America to the new arrivals. That should be resisted but if all the White Catholics just quit the Church, who's going to fight back?

there's tons of opportunities in churches waiting to be, er, utilized. staying at home does not allow one to draw on the significant opportunities that attend these regular collections of well meaning White folks. I think that should be considered even by the most jaded among us.

Pre-Christian religions such as those of the Druids and the Vikings were based in the soil, the sun and the stars, because man's existence depends upon understanding them. If he does not, his crops will fail, for he will plant at the wrong time. Knowledge of the sun's position relative to the Earth is essential for survival in Northern regions where there are four sea*sons. Christianity was imposed upon White Europeans by force and fraud, on the part of men who were greedy for power and wealth, and to whom freedom had no value. Christianity, like Judaism and Islam, is a religion of commerce rather than agriculture, and it has no roots in a land or a people, whereas pre-Christian religions were usually attached to blood and soil, a people and the land they lived on. Unscrupulous rulers used Christianity to centralize their power, and they also served the jews who often attended their royal courts as traders, advisors, physicians and moneylenders. Often, the jews would rule through popes and kings. Christianity was brought into Europe by the jew, Saul alias Paul, and several popes have been jews, includ*ing the present one. Christianity first enslaved themind, then the body, and the Christian rulers' slave armies gradually wore down and defeated the Odinists who were less numerous and less unified than the zombies who slew and enslaved in the name of Jesus, just as pre-Chris*tian Romans had conquered and enslaved the Gauls of southern France, for the same reasons.

Christ-insanity was designed from the beginning as a trap for Gentiles, especially White Gentiles, and its record proves this, especially today, if we just look around. As for the independently verifiable existence of Jesus, he would appear to be a composite character, including myths, as was Moses. Another group of theologians have discovered that statements attributed to Jesus are taken word for word from previously existing Buddhist texts. Since ancient traders travelled frequently between Near East, Far East, Africa and Europe, if not to North & South America, it is not surprising that ideas would also follow the trade routes, as did religions. Constantine saw Christ-insanity as a tool to lever himself into power over Eastern Rome's besieged empire. Although he was no longer a god-emperor, he could rule in the name of The Big Sky Jew, 'cause his hired priests told everyone so. Char*lemagne thought that was such a good racket, using a religion to extend his temporal power, that he betrayed and slew thousands of his own people when they refused baptism in the new, jew-cult. That's what really started the church versus state conflict which still oppresses us and divides us into quarreling sects under the old divide & rule racket. Henceforth, the churches vied with the states and vice versa to see which would screw the masses most success*fully, as the jews crept in to rule them both.

postponing the appearance of a written bible until 300 years after the alleged facts gave politicians and religious racketeers lots of time to get their lies straight, and to come up with a scam which would appeal to the masses of sheeple, usually by incorporating pre-Christian beliefs, rituals and even deities, which were made into saints. It was at the council of Nicaea where major parts of the Old & New Testaments were edited out and dumped because they were deemed 'politically incorrect' and way too contradictory for the new, official cult. Even then, many of the falsehoods, fables and contradictions remained, so we can have them 'explained' to us if we are willing to pay a rabbi or priest to do the job. This provides them with an opportunity to shear their 'sheep', while keeping them in the fold. Those who use their own minds for thinking will never make 'good' sheep.

U.S. Archbishop Reflects on Spiritual Contribution of Latino Immigrants

DENVER, AUG. 29, 2004 (Zenit.org).- Archbishop Charles Chaput of Denver, Colorado said last week that the arrival of Latinos to the United States may help the country to “recover its soul.”

The Archbishop expressed this conviction at a meeting to which he invited, among others, bishops of the southern border with Mexico and businessmen of the area.

Archbishop Chaput, who is also pesident of the U.S. International Commission for Religious Freedom, said that “North American life has lost its soul” and that “the Latin Americans can change this.”

Addressing businessmen and public opinion leaders of the southern United States, the archbishop insisted that, rather than an obstacle, Latin American immigration should be considered an opportunity for the nation to grow spiritually.

The Latino population has grown exponentially in the United States over the last decade. According to the latest White House survey, it is now the first ethnic minority of the country, surpassing the African-American population.

According to statistics, there are 42 million Latinos in the United States, not counting the illegal immigrants, who also work, produce and consume, but are not reflected in the population census.

The archbishop said that 31 percent of the Denver population is of Hispanic-American origin. In ten years it has grown by 73 percent.

“The whole of North America is changing and the Latino population will shape the nature of this change. The Latin Americans can bring a Catholic sense of family, of community, a Catholic love for life, generosity and respect for the dignity of the person,” he said.

Some comments from kosher Amren Crowd:

And there you have it. The Roman church has long expressed its enthusiasm for flooding Protestant America with millions upon millions of latin catholics. And now you know why. It's a matter of the universal Roman church, which defines itself in oppostion to the very notion of the nation state, conquering more territory for its own co-religionists.

What drivel! The Catholic Church, unable to convert the masses of American negroes, now wants more political/religious control of the U.S. by a endorsing illegal immigration, more especially if its non-White Catholics.

The church is disgusting in its abandonment of White People and it’s endorsement of its worst enemies, reminds one of prancing homosexuals, who hate normal White Men.

Perhaps these pontifications are also used in an attempt to divert and fool the White masses from the Catholic sex scandals, which may really be only the very tiny tip of the iceberg.

Bravo, I think you really hit the nail on the head with your post. I myself was raised Roman Catholic; up to the age of 21, I was a regular churchgoer. It was this kind of anti-white, anti-American, and Marxist rubbish, that made me quit going. If I wanted to have leftist bleeding heart social activism shoved down my throat, I thought to myself, just sleep in and watch PBS when you do get up.

My God, race, and country have not lost my soul, mind, or body; only a church which is only interested in my money and nothing else, has!

Reconciliation - A national voice that counts
(31/05/2004)

The National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Catholic Council (NATSICC) and the Australian Catholic Social Justice Council (ACSJC) today called on all political parties to ensure that an adequate regional and national structure is in place to represent the needs and aspirations of Indigenous people.

Ms Melissa Brickell, Chairperson of NATSICC said, “This time last year, as we entered Reconciliation Week and the Week of Prayer for Reconciliation, our Council expressed sincere hope for political leadership that would restore the energy to deal with the unfinished business of reconciliation in our land. Now, one year on, the lack of consultation and negotiation with Indigenous people on replacing ATSIC with merely a Government-appointed advisory body is disempowering and not ensuring self-determination for Indigenous people. The Government's decisions and actions on this matter are a major threat to National Reconciliation for all Australians”, she said.

Bishop Christopher Saunders, Chairman of the ACSJC said, “Most people are now aware of the challenges facing our Indigenous brothers and sisters. But the extent of the disadvantages on every social and economic indicator of need would still shock many Australians. The proposed transfer of programs once delivered by ATSIC to a variety of Government bureaucracies is a concern. The existing mainstream agencies have hardly delivered on promised improvements in the past.

“On the face of it, the mainstreaming of Indigenous-specific programs and services could be a retrograde step – even when judged according to the basic notion of ‘practical reconciliation’ ”, the Bishop said.

Bishop Saunders and Ms Brickell emphasised the need for a strong, representative and more than advisory voice of Indigenous people for Indigenous Affairs. “During Reconciliation Week, we acknowledge the importance of genuine dialogue and mutual respect in forging a shared future. We note that alternative arrangements to the structure of ATSIC are presently being considered.

“We urge all political parties to consider the rights of Indigenous people to have an influential voice in the decisions that directly affect them”, they concluded.

In addition to his large following among blacks, King had a powerful appeal to liberal Northerners that helped him influence national public opinion. His advocacy of nonviolence attracted supporters among peace activists. He forged alliances in the American Jewish community and developed strong ties to the ministers of wealthy, influential Protestant congregations in Northern cities. King often preached to those congregations, where he raised funds for SCLC.

Was Jewsus a Jew? Of course, Jesus was a Jew.

1. Jesus was born of a Jewish mother (probably his REAL father was a jew aswell), in Galilee, a Jewish part of the world.

2. Almost all his friends, associates, colleagues, disciples, all of them were Jews.

3. He regularly worshipped in Jewish communal worship, in the sinagogues.

4. He preached from Jewish text, from the Bible.

5. He celebrated the Jewish festivals.

6. He went on pilgrimage to the Jewish Temple in Jerusalem where he was under the authority of priests....

7. Jesus lived, was born, lived, died, taught as a Jew.

Just because some defacto jew piece of shit in a robe and funny hat says that Yahweh in a flesh body was a kike does not make it so. Why would the creator remake himself in the image of all he hated from the very beginning? It is traitors to our creator and race like this turd in the bowl that give the REAL Christians a bad rap. Why do you think that the talmudic swine hate CI so much? It is because they expose them for the twisted liars they are. For instance, the often quoted bible verse "for god so loved the world that he gave his only son" is a jew lie. It is not even in the Greek text. It was added later. God (Yahweh) hated the world. Another example is "forgive them father for they know not what they do." The correct transliteration in the Greek is "Father forgive them NOT for they know what they do. Because lying scribes through the ages have been given free range to alter the text, they have been able to confuse the sheep and so make it easier for themselves to blend in with the rest of us. Now on this forum, we have white folk who equally love their race and European traditions fighting amongst themselves over differing religious ideologies instead of becoming a united force against the ememy of ALL white men. I do not know of any CI who would advocate killing a non-believer, yet I hear on this forum those who advocate the destruction of us along with the filthy yid. Reminds me of the Viet Nam era baseball cap that says: "Kill em all and let God sort it out" only in this case it would be Odin doing the sorting.
I know the following is somewhat of topic, but I'd like to relate a summary of a conversation I had today. You know, when Folk, for one reason or another, screw up financially, that screw-up is reflected IMMEDIATELY, on their credit history/rating. Yet when any scumbag kike S.O.B. causes great and unnecessary misery to the Volk, where is this recorded? You see, there is no kike-behavior credit report, only a monetary credit report. That is how much our present society has been jewed. It's all money, not character, honor, or respect. All that's "officially" important is how money is handled. Yes, we are quite a ways down that jew-paved road.
good observation.

Also, please know that Trinity Episcopal Church has been listed on the website of another white separatist/supremacist group, the National Alliance as among those "responsible" for bringing Somalis to Lewiston. ( www.savelewiston.com , click on " What people are saying") We, of course, consider this designation an honor. We are proud to be known as friends of our Somali neighbors and we will continue to stand with them as we all live through this troubling season. But since we are so designated, there is some cause for concern. In your prayers, please pray, if you would, for peace, deep peace in our little community of Trinity Church and for the Jubilee Center guests/clients whose lives are so chaotic that they are both potential targets of and potential adherents to the WCOTC and the National Alliance. The National Alliance is currently trying to gain a foothold within Lewiston by recruiting members and spreading white supremacist literature/propoganda.

LEWISTON (AP) - A Lewiston man will be going to prison for 18 months after pleading guilty to raping a woman he had never met.

Forty-three-year-old Horow Omah Hagi was accused of following the woman to her Lisbon Street apartment on July*10 and forcing her to have sex.

Hagi's court-appointed attorney and Assistant District Attorney Deborah Potter Cashman agreed to a sentence of six years with all but 18 months suspended.

Cashman told Justice Ellen Gorman that she agreed to the deal, because she thought a jury might find Hagi not guilty because the victim did not fight him and the state had no physical evidence showing force.

Gorman told Hagi that because he is a Somali immigrant, he will likely be deported after he serves his time.
