At approximately 7:00 PM Friday evening we published on Overthrow.com an article, reproduced below, discussing the FBI's efforts to place criminals into the white nationalist movement as informants whose purpose was to commit crimes and implicate otherwise innocent white activists.
By 9:12 PM that evening, FBI Special Agent David Church had roused a US District Court Judge from his home and gotten him to sign a warrant authorizing the seizure of our web servers first thing the next morning.
I have received some of the paperwork filed, but what is revealing is this:
I am told that the affidavit and / or argument made by Church says, in essence, that because we had uncovered the FBI's efforts to spy on us, they had to "immediately" seize the web server to "prevent us from destroying information."
The obvious truth, though, is that the FBI made a desperate play to suppress the story.

Washington, DC -- The Federal Bureau of Investigation targeted individuals picked up for dealing methamphetamine and infiltrated them into white nationalist organizations as part of a deliberate plot to weaken white political organizing by spreading drug abuse, an informant told Overthrow.com today.
Since our publication of two articles earlier today highlighting the activities of Michael Blevins, Tim Bland and Justin Boyer as federal informants, four individuals have come forward and said they were explicitly offered money to infiltrate the American National Socialist Workers Party and provided detailed information on FBI efforts against the white nationalist movement in exchange for not being named on this site.
"I know you are going to find out eventually," one informant told Overthrow.com, "So I will tell you what is happening if you promise not to give my name."
The stories are varied but cover similar themes.
The FBI began an intelligence program against the National Socialist Movement by recruiting individuals who had been picked up for dealing or using methamphetamine and encouraging them to join the organization, with one of their most prominent assets being former NSM Ohio State Leader Mark Martin. Martin then vouched for and brought in other convicted meth dealers and users who had been recruited for the spying program, particularly ZogsNightmare publisher Matthew Ramsey, aka "Jim Ramm". Coke addict Hal Turner was also recruited, allegedly under threat of arrest for drug abuse as well.
Once this foundation was set, the group set out looking for disillusioned members of white skinhead gangs, focusing on recruiting them and drawing them into illegal activities, so as to stage arrests to bring prestige to the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force. Southern Poverty Law Center contacts were also used, though internal FBI documents indicate that the FBI largely discredits SPLC "intelligence" and finds them more useful stooges than useful sources of information.
In the past year, the FBI has used these infiltrated criminals to approach numerous individuals, both those affiliated with the ANSWP and personal acquaintances of Bill White, to identify potential targets, and then used agents to directly offer these targets money and protection from criminal prosecution if they would infiltrate the ANSWP and propose or commit illegal acts, in the hopes of entrapping group leadership.
In particular, the FBI told criminals and mentally ill men to put in membership applications, then find members not involved in crimes and offer to commit crimes with them. FBI agents provided wires and recording equipment and hoped to entrap a lower level member of the group in order to bring in higher level members, and then convict ANSWP Commander Bill White by association.
One individual in particular, who has indicated he is willing to testify about the FBI's tactics, said today that he recorded a conversation with FBI agents in which he was told: "We know White is not engaged in any crimes, but we are hoping maybe someone could join and commit a crime, or find someone to commit a crime, then maybe we could tie White to it."
Several of the informers were told that they would be paid "substantial sums" if they could persuade an ANSWP member to commit a violent crine. In one case, an FBI agent suggested they would be willing to pay a frequent poster on the VNN Forum messageboard to join the ANSWP and then shoot or assault a particular black journalist, an act for which the FBI would then plant evidence to implicate White.
Ramsey and Turner have played a key role in this process, with Turner having encouraged Tim Bland and Ramsey having encouraged Michael Blevins to knowingly testify to false stories, in return for which they are being paid "substantial sums".
Based on crazy stories told by Blevins, a diagnosed schizophrenic, the FBI has also questioned several individuals about alleged ties between the ANSWP and the governments of Mexico, Palestine, Iran, Pakistan and Russia.
FBI agents also told targets that they should "introduce a surrogate" -- an FBI plant -- to White, who would then infiltrate the group if they were not willing to do it themselves.
Overall, the picture that emerges from the testimonies is that the FBI has no human or signal intelligence in the ANSWP and has no idea of the relationships between the individuals they are questioning and White himself. None of the group's current top leadership appear to have any involvement with law enforcement.
But the intensity of the investigation highlights an order, allegedly "from the top" to "get White at all costs", and mirrors other efforts by the FBI that have come to the attention of the ANSWP, in particular an effort late last year and early this year to frame White for "hate crimes" and then slam him with a civil suit after he was "jailed". That plot, which involved "secret" FBI leaks to journalists, black activists, and leftist groups, failed when White was acquitted of assault and then repeatedly acquitted of alleged civil rights violations.
This information comes on the heels of the release of "terrorism" information gathered by the Maryland State Police indicating that numerous events staged by the World Knights of the Ku Klux Klan were actually proposed or set up by the Maryland State Police as part of an investigation into white activists in the state. According to information revealed as part of an ongong examination of the program, which targeted White, among others, the bulk of the leadership of Gordon Young's World Knights of the Ku Klux Klan were police officers and informants looking for evidence of criminal activity, and not actual Klan members.
White said today that it appears almost every NSM event he attended during his year in the organization was set up, led, and primarily composed of police officers, FBI agents, and informers for law enforcement. A 2006 march in Orlando is the best known example; the event was proposed and organized by the FBI, and more than half of the attendees were FBI agents.
White said today, in response to a recent Grand Jury investigation, that he had one definite witness willing to testify that the FBI offered money if the witness would join the ANSWP and commit specific violent crimes that would then "be tied" to White. The witness refused, and was then threatened by FBI agents, who said they would kill the witness if he mentioned the plan. Unfortunately for the agents, the witness recorded the conversation, and a tape of that was turned over to legal counsel for White late this afternoon.

I want to update everyone on the FBI situation.
Please publish this to all white websites to quash rumors and
slanders that are being spread by federal assets in "the movement".
First, the FBI only seized our main server and router, and did not
touch any of our backup equipment. Contrary to a rumor that was
spread, no arrest warrant was issued against me or any other ANSWP
member.
I have not yet gotten copies of all the paperwork involved, but the
FBI seized our web server and a router (erroneously mistaking the
router for a "computer storage device") this morning at approximately
7:30 AM, stating that they believed it contained "email
communications" between myself and others indicating that we
published the address of a federal juror with the intent of having
violent criminal acts committed against him. The juror is Mark
Hoffman ("Hale Juror A"), a homosexual Jew with a black lover who was
the jury foreman at Hale's trial.
I gathered information on Hoffman, without any assistance from any
other party, from pleadings publicly available on PACER and from
information publicly available in the White Pages and other similar
sources, including Hoffman's own websites. I published this
information without any assistance, and have never, to my
recollection, discussed Hoffman with any other person.
This event followed a several day marathon of revelations and actions
by the FBI designed to stop us from distributing the "Kill This
Nigger?" pamphlet discussing the Obama campaign.
Starting in March of this year, FBI agents approached numerous white
activsits and personal acquaintances of mine and offered them
substantial bribes for information on the ANSWP. Justin Boyer and
Michael Blevins took those bribes and turned false information over
the to feds, leading to various investigations against me.
In July of this year, the FBI, angry that I had fired everyone who
agreed to provide information against us, approached several people
and offered them money and immunity from proseuction, stating that
they knew we were not involved in crimes, but if they would join and
then commit or encourage others to commit violent crimes, then
testify, falsely, that I had ordered them to do that. Every one of
the individuals approached, to my knowledge, refused, and every one
of them was threatened with serious physical violence by the FBI if
they told me of the encounters.
One individual has specifically claimed and said he is willing to
testify that an FBI agent offered him $10,000 if he would shoot at
the home of black journalist Leonard Pitts and then sell me or
another ANSWP member the gun, thus framing me for the act.
This week, on the basis of information Michael Blevins gave to the
FBI about alleged "Mexican bank accounts", I was audited by the IRS,
with one specific line item they were investigating being whether I
retained an attorney to set up "Mexican bank accounts," the rest
being minor discrepancies resulting from the fact that private
mortgage holders don't always file 1098s and day laborers don't
always give correct social security numbers or report their 1099
income. I have not, and have never, had a Mexican, or any foreign,
bank account, whether in my name or in the name of any entity I have
held an interest in.
On Thursday, Tim Bland and Justin Boyer testified against me to a
grand jury in Roanoke, Virginia. In particular, Justin Boyer
testified that he believed the publication of a person's home address
on Overthrow.com was a "coded message" to him to commit a violent
crime against that person. Those who remember Justin's involvement
in the ANSWP will remember that I repeatedly and very publicly
suspended him for inappropriate activities, insubordination, and
eventually expelled him for being unable to restrain himself to legal
activities. None of this was mentioned to the grand jury.
On Friday, I was approached by several federal informants in the
movement who asked to "come clean" if I would agree not to name them
or publicly expose them as rats. One told me of how Mark Martin was
infiltrated into the movement after being arrested in a
methamphetamine ring that also involved or somehow implicated Jim
Ramm. Another confirmed that Martin was the one who brought Ramm
into "the movement". Another told me of Hal Turner's checkered
relationship with the FBI. Several told me of how they had been
approached and told by FBI agents that the FBI knew I wasn't
committing crimes, but was looking for someone willing to implicate
me. A lot of details were given that I am not willing to share at
this point to avoid implicating specific individuals.
That night, Overthrow.com published a brief expose.
This morning, the warrant was served.
This evening, I retained two attorneys: One a general counsel to
deal with a motion to quash the search warrants, and two, a "law
enforcement abusive practices specialist" to deal with the civil
rights violations by the FBI and the Department of Justice.
All of our backup equipment is intact, and a router is being
overnighted to us for arrival Monday morning. I expect the site will
be back online Tuesday.
I also expect we will receive, this week, a protective order
requiring the FBI to copy whatever information they think is relevant
to their search warrant and return our equipment to us by no later
than the end of the week.
I am aware that the FBI has tried to use this warrant to justify
seizing our "Kill This Nigger?" magazines, but, by printing a mini-
magazine with the "Hale's Jew-ror" article, they are not able to do
so.
The server that was seized was and is 100% public content. There is
no information on that server that is not visible to the general
public by typing in a URL. Because of this, I am not concerned about
anything the FBI has taken. If there was anything on the machine
that the FBI could arrest me for, I would have already been arrested,
because they had it weeks ago.
