In a legal argument called “astounding and very troublesome,” a federal prosecutor has argued that Israel’s Law of Return makes American Jews a flight risk and therefore ineligible for bail.
I wonder how much power to influence the Jews in America have lost since the credit crisis hit , with much Jewish money dissipated.

“Under Israel’s Law of Return, any Jew and members of his family who have expressed their desire to settle in Israel will be granted citizenship,” the judge wrote, adding that the government had claimed that at least one other Agriprocessors’ defendant had already fled to Israel.

Deborah Lauter, director of the civil rights office of the Anti-Defamation League, said the prosecution’s “referencing the Law of Return is highly unusual.”

Why would it be unusual if a recent incident validated the concern? This is just one of many incidents I've seen of late where the ADL's sloppiness has become very evident.

In addition, the defense lawyers said that by denying Rubashkin bail, the court was denying him the constitutional right to equal protection.

“Jews are a protected class for Equal Protection purposes,” they wrote. “Thus, singling Jews out in any way when determining bail is unconstitutional...

Because under no circumstances will the Prosecution be allowed to bring up past cases where Jewish criminals have absconded to Israel to avoid being convicted and imprisoned . If the Prosecution does it will be deemed an "Anti-Semitic" based tatic .

It's hard to say what will happen to the Jews when the SHTF; historical precedent would suggest that the majority of them will go elsewhere to repeat what they've done here.
American blacks have no survival skills. Most of them don't know how to function outside of their repulsive urban enclaves and the financial support of the government. The vast majority of them can't even swim. In the context of a nation in which lawlessness reigns, their habit of looting in lieu of self-sufficiency isn't going to get them anywhere, especially considering that plenty of decent people in said nation are armed and organized.
I've long considered the possibility that the present social disaster is being developed to cover the Jews' tracks. If some people are members of a "protected class" then it follows that some are not. Such is "Equal Protection".
