Try the GSA - that's General Services Administration, Public Building Services, Federal Protective Services (though they like being called the Federal Police - bet you didn't know we had one, I worked as a manager for them after a miliary RIF - they have a national web site with contract announcements and regional offices depending on where you are with web sites and the needed paperwork to get on their bidding notice list - without you saying what kind of scurity company, they do all security for all Federally occuppied space from Social Security office to the big alphabet agentcies supplying them with guards, alarm systems, access control and other physical security needs. They are now part of the Homo land security team also. A little history on them a) the NYT called them th most political agency in the country - they GSA are the second biggest in personnel only to DOD b) they were nothing but Barney Fife security guards - we used to harrass them and catch them sleeping when I was an EM my first Pentagon tour until Ellsworth got the Pentagon papers out of th building and Dick Nixon pushed a law thru congress making them police. Lots of Blacks, mexicans at lower levels and all jews at the top (both PBS, FPS and fewer in GSA) can't say you weren't warned about Hime Stein Building manager - but they are the sole legal government contracting agency but they pay well on contracts though
