I've had a few heated discussions at my local forum, been temporarily banned, welcomed back, all was well and then decided to stay away. Been receiving "we miss you" notices lately and when I tried to return, my computer won't fully display the homepage and I'm SOL.
I figure someone besides forum management has my IP blocked. Am I right? Thanks for any help.

Use TOR or a proxy to get around.

I'd ask a forum mod first.
Otherwise,

Set up is all done for the user. Just save the file in a folder. No installation.
Click the folders until you see the pink icon. Click and your on your way.
Tor is slower than a White attending a protest in real life but does the job. Do not use any Java if you have a serious need to be anonymous.
