CHICAGO -- McDonald's Corp. CEO Charlie Bell has undergone a second colorectal procedure and is resting comfortably, according to a statement released Saturday by the fast food chain.

Bell, 43, underwent surgery when he was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in May.
