Excellent post, Draco. I can't tell you how many times I have seen white men with gook and mestizo women, and most times, they are college educated men! This is one subject that seems to be overlooked a lot!

Having read this thread beforehand, I formed the opinion that your replies were entirely, admirably reasonable, even if more indulgent than other entirely reasonable replies (or non-replies) might have been. It's too bad we all (most of us) spend so much, so often, on being 'right' over what really is so little, and are often hence distracted from what matters most. Dear Aryan88, without being disrespectful to the thoughtful and interesting Europa, I've been meaning to compliment you for the post that seems to have started the battle between the two of you. The one where you replied to her reply....to my comment that there were very few creative women down through the annals of western culture. I had meant to reply myself - because I was as appalled by it as apparently you were - but family issues intervened, and anyway, you did such a good job of it that anything from me was unnecessary.

I have grave forebodings about those who use such arguments as Europa did (and 108 shortly after her) - they are not like, but identical to the jew feminist rhetoric that I thought this place in part exists to answer. Europa (and 108) phrase it in a much more touchy-feel way, it is not combative, non-threatening and non-insulting to men/western culture. But it is the identical argument - just the presentation is different.

Her list of great women composers is so pitiful as to be laughable, and I don't know why Fanny Mendelssohn and Alma Mahler and Clara Schumann were not included, because they would basically complete the confraternity. Someone mentioned that men didn't 'encourage' women to write and compose, etc., and that explains why there are so few painters, sculptors, composers, etc. Odd that lack of encouragement failed to do the same thing to oh, say....Vincent Van Gogh, or to Franz Schubert? The painter sold one picture in his life...the composer never even heard most of the things he wrote because no one would perform them. Two men who basically starved to death, but created whether men or women 'encouraged' them or not. That - right there - is the difference between men and women and the explanation of why there are so few great 'creative' as opposed to 'interpretive' women artists. Maria Callas was a very great artist - but she interpreted the work of far, far greater artists than she was - the MEN who wrote the music she sang. And, Fanny M. (jew), Alma M.(jew, I think) and Clara S. were also, by the way, extremely rich and Clara was even completely independent of the 'encouragement' of any men after her husband was committed and then died. Yet, they created almost nothing, and that of very low value next to the average work of even third and fourth rate male composers. Being 'creative' isn't something that you try out, maybe because you are bored or have nothing better to do. You do it because you are driven and focused, focused perhaps in a insane (next to the normal non-creative person) obsessional - IE male - way.

Anyway, it was a good post and you two have had a good fight though it would be better still if you both stuck to facts and stayed a bit cooler about it. Making it mean-personal gets nowhere.

It wasn't just that men didn't "encourage" female artists, composers and scholars throughout history, it was they didn't ALLOW them the chance to get the training they needed or the chance to perform in public venues. That is ALOT different than just saying they weren't "encouraged". Any person that has, lets say great scientific abilites, but is not permitted to enter an institution of higher learning, is unlikely to go very far regardless of how intelligent or talented they are.

And I'm sorry you thought my list of luminary female musicians and artists were pitiful or pathetic, they were quite accomplished people, more accomplished, I'm sure than any of us here, so why put them down? The fact that my list was small, was not because there are so few of them out there, but because I don't have the time, and VNN doesn't have the room for me to list them all.

And if you have grave misgivings about me, don't worry, if I feel that this group on this forum is not compatible with my thinking or personality in the long run, I won't hang around. Why I said pathetic or whatever word I used (sorry if it hurt, i just phrased it wrong) is because the names are the same few names that are used over and over again. There must literally be a hundred men at the very least - that one could mention for each of those women. I am not a musician, though music is my favorite thing in the world. The period I know best is the 19th century and there are just no women composers, even though there are many women executors.

I think what it comes down to for me is...I believe that feminism is a branch of the jew scam that says that we are all the same so that their only really serious threat - white men - are marginalized as much as possible and so that there is just one neck to wring. Personally i don't think men and women are the same thing and one of the specifics that illustrate the fact that we are different is that we do different things and the major creative thing is one of them. Just like fighting - and I mean major, real fighting - soldiering and making great art are male things almost exclusively, and not just in the west either. That doesn't make one sex better or worse, just different, and I suppose the reason for why we are complimentary.

Grave misgivings about you.... Well it is the standard jew argument I have misgivings about, isn't it? The argument that there are no real differences between peoples, and that the reason then for why, for instance, niggers can't do what whites can, or why women have not created - is because men have kept them down? I don't see how you can really pitch a 'lite' version of that argument and really be all that different in mind set. Even that, the sugar coating of lethal views, is sort of part of the jew approach. I mean...Hitler had set views on the role of women, and those views were anything but a put down of women, and Hitler was super popular with German women. It is just a different way of looking at the issue, and one that is now not the dominant ideology. The training issue, for instance...that's just more of the same. If you want to - YOU DO IT, Europa. Richard Wagner had almost NO FORMAL training at all! And he did quite OK for himself anyway. After years and years of having to starve and suffer...he persevered through - learning and achieving. Giuseppe Verdi was turned down by the formal Milan musical academy and he too, basically taught himself. So, what if women did not have the training? Women will (the majority) use that to give up. Men (the majority) will get insanely pissed off and do it anyway no matter what the cost just to get back, if nothing else. The greatest artists don't need encouragement or training...they just do it because they have to...that inner fire. Men and women are built differently, I think.

I don't know much about the sciences but the names (male/female) are not all that different from the creative arts. And, like...what 'training' did Aristotle have? Or Pliny the Elder? They wrote about science because they were obsessed. Women were fully free and had full civil and economic rights during the Roman Empire. But there are no famous women in the arts or sciences from the Roman Empire... The argument - coming up with the very few exceptions and using them (Barbara Strozzi, etc.) as if they were not clearly the exceptions that prove the rule, or saying that women being denied training or encouragement explains the lack of works... all of that goes in the face of, in opposition to the empirical evidence of one's own eyes though. The jew thing in a nutshell... What are you going to believe, your eyes, or the fantasies constructed by jews that go entirely in the other direction?

For me, Jane Austin is the greatest novelist because of her analytical precision in getting inside the heads of her characters and illuminating the thought processes. She has her characters think and makes that messy process so clear, yet without distorting or simplifying it. About Hitler: yes, he definitely had clearly defined roles for women and men, but of course, this was in the 1930's--1940's and the same roles women had in Nazi Germany were pretty much the standard in most of the industrialized nations ( the only reason all the women in america were working so hard in the factories is because all the men were fighting, as soon as the war was over, they mostly lost their jobs), so not much of a stretch there that women wouldn't be shocked or dismayed with it. I want to write a real piece on Riefenstahl for VNN, but am so totally inadequate to even come near her work. The more you look at her movies the more awe inspiring they are. So, again, it's all relative. Barbara Strozzi may be a very fine exception that proves the rule and Leni Riefenstahl may even be the same thing. But what then do you say about an exception that almost literally vaporizes that rule (of men, in the movies) all around her? Life is sure complicated, ain't it?
