The Kwans can't seem to figure it out.

Here is a clue. This zipperhead arrested for some attacks killed himself [thanks].

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - The Ramsey County Medical Examiner says a boy who was found dead in prison in November hanged himself. Seventeen-year-old Wang Moua Vue was serving a 2½-year prison sentence for attacking a couple with a baseball bat at Lake Phalen in August.

Concern and publicity over the four attacks on people near the lake since last summer haven't stopped him either, though Petrowski said he is being a bit more careful.
The latest incident was Wednesday in Maplewood, when a woman jogging on a path on the west side of the lake was accosted by two suspects who stole her iPod, hit her in the head, pushed her down and kicked her.
So far, police don't know whether that attack is linked to the earlier crimes, which occurred in the city of St. Paul, said Maplewood Lt. Dave Kvam.
On March 4, a 45-year-old man walking his dog in a neighborhood about a mile from the lake was attacked by four males. The victim said one of his assailants hit him in the neck with a piece of rubber. Last August on the southern edge of the lake, a woman in her 40s was attacked by three young people with baseball bats. One of the victim's fingers was severed and she suffered multiple broken bones in her hands and a wrist.
Three days after that attack, a couple walking around the lake also were assaulted with baseball bats. Three teenagers were charged in connection with that attack -- which happened as the community was holding a candlelight vigil for the first victim. :rolleyes:The most recent attacks have prompted the Rev. Howard Dotson, interim pastor of Arlington Hills Presbyterian Church in St. Paul to organize a community meeting today that he hopes will spur block clubs to reinvigorate citizens patrols.
Dotson has invited city officials, police and park and recreation personnel to the meeting, which will begin at 4 p.m. at the Phalen Golf Clubhouse, 1615 Phalen Drive.

:puke: People say that freedom isn't free. Existence isn't free either. All these candlelight vigil holding tards who've lost their predatory instinct are just asking for nature to join all of the creatures that have gone extinct. How pathetic.
