Orlando Police are investigating a home invasion robbery and sexual assault of two women inside a MetroWest apartment overnight.

Just after 3 a.m. two black males armed with handguns entered the victim’s home at the Summit Apartments on MetroWest Boulevard, according to investigators. Once inside, the suspects secured a male occupant before going into a bedroom occupied by two white females.

The suspects demanded the victims’ property, then ordered the two women into the living room. While one suspect rummaged through the apartment, the other sexually assaulted both women.

A fourth male was asleep inside his locked bedroom and did not hear the commotion.

The suspect accused of sexual battery is described as 6 feet tall, 160-175 pounds with a thing build. He was wearing a mask. His accomplice is about 5 feet 11-inches tall, 175-190 pounds with a muscular build and clean shaven with white teeth and very dark skin. He has shoulder length braids and was wearing a doo-rag.

A police K-9 was unable to track the suspects, who fled in an unknown direction.

This is the fourth home invasion rape that that has occurred in Orange County since February. The first attack happened at the Hamptons subdivision, also in MetroWest.
