Good. Too many shoddily built, crowded pseudo-tenements around anyway. Destroy them and plant some fucking grass or something. Fuck tract housing, at the least the new ones.

John F. Long around here in Phoenix, he built tract housing. But at least he did it with some class and common sense. Block houses, with some fucking SPACE in between them. All the neighborhoods he built are the barrio now, but I would still take them over new homes any day. Just need to find a bunch of comrades to buy up the other houses on the block.
