SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Having sex with corpses is now officially illegal in California after Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a bill barring necrophilia, a spokeswoman says.

The new legislation marks the culmination of a two-year drive to outlaw necrophilia in the state and will help prosecutors who have been stymied by the lack of an official ban on the practice, according to experts.

"Nobody knows the full extent of the problem. ... But a handful of instances over the past decade is frequent enough to have a bill concerning it," said Tyler Ochoa, a professor at Santa Clara University School of Law who has studied California cases involving allegations of necrophilia.

LOL. I see old Arnie must be getting really bored with his duties. Of course there are many more important things he could be at least attempting to do as Governor of a state like California, but of course he is not bold or even bright enough to do anything about all the illegal wetbacks and other such things.

I had absolutely no idea that necrophilia wasn't already illegal in all 50 states. People who commit such disgusting acts should be institutionalized.

Its illegal to discipline your children,drive after having a few beers,take your kid anywhere with out strapping them in a child seat,kids to ride a bike while under 18 years of age without a helmet.

Okay, all joking aside: is scharwzanegger just some kind of show politician? He was used as a show tool in both reagan's funeral and the RNC. And his first act as governor was to push for a plan to save 14 million dollars by euphamizing stray animals sooner. I admit that it was a good idea to illegalize corpse-fucking, but when is arnie going to start acting like a real politician and not like a muscle-headed grinning photo-op idiot? On the other hand: maybe he is acting like a real politician!

Things only become illegal after a certain amount of people do it. It's the same thing with all of the silly warning labels on products, somebody actualy did it and so did a few other people until somebody put a warning label on. People do these stupid things and then try to sue the company so the company protects itself by putting up the warning label.

It was ok to fuck a corpse in California until just recently. The wise Governor Schwarzenegger fixed that loophole in that state's laws. It's a shame that the law does not specify that the punishment shall be death.

You're on the planet where White people sold their media to Jews who now control all government apparatus. You're on the planet where Whites fought against each other so that Blacks could dominate them. You're on the planet where an agitprop and espionage organization such as the ADL can pretend to be a "civil rights" organization.

I suppose we can be grateful that Arnold at least signed this law instead of one that actually harms us. He's more famous than most governors: almost everybody in every state know his name. But as governors go, not that this is saying much, he might have relatively OK.
