A Detroit man, Michael A. Hicks, could face 10 years in prison after being charged with damaging government property by frequently urinating in a freight elevator.
Hicks, an IRS contract employee, was named Tuesday, May 27 in a U.S. district court complaint charging him with urinating in the freight elevator of an Internal Revenue Service building in Detroit. After suspecting something strange was going on in the elevator, agents installed video cameras and caught Hicks on film.
The IRS has had to fork over more than $4,600 in deep cleaning fees to clean the elevator and the area underneath it. Hicks could face up to a maximum of 10 years in prison for damaging government property if found guilty.

Yeah, when I was in the army we had a Phantom Shitter, too. He never was caught, but it happened when our unit started going over 50 percent black.

He is listed as a "contract employee" meaning he wasn't a civil servant. He worked for a company that had a contract with the IRS. He could have been mopping floors (perhaps after causing the mess himself) or changing the toner in the copiers.

I guess that he is so used to relieving himself in the elevators of his apartment building he figured it was safe to do elsewhere.

There was a post Katrina story about this at a university paper. Once I posted the story on SF, it got yanked within just a few hours. Long and short was that the niggers, during the looting spree, went into the upscale New Orleans shops and shit all over everything, everywhere.

An employee then spotted him acting strangely in the wine section of a Morrisons store and gagged at the stench.

Both stores were shut for cleaning two days, costing thousands of pounds in lost business.

Police caught Daifallah on security cameras. At his house, they found a stockpile of bottles of the mixture and bagged-up faeces marked with the names of cities in the region.

Daifallah claimed someone else was responsible for the spraying.
