From what I have read of his posts I would also say the Tag/Label "hates White people" is wrong.

His posts were pretty angry over the spamming issue, but after we had to look at the such sick images I can understand anyone being very angry.

I would like to add the mods did a great job in my view and did get alot of anger (wrongly aimed against them).

I think other labels could be applied that better suits the situation! :D

"Cry me a fuckin' river" is the correct response to Steve B's continual bitching and moaning about having to delete a few PM's. Then he came up with crazy conspiracy theories about how Tom88 is sabotaging VNN, besides saying "fuck you" (in various ways) point-blank to two moderators and calling them "fucking idiots."

"Hates White People" is just the default tag for people who've been banned. It'll go away when he's reinstated, whenever that is. I can't imagine that he's banned for any more than a day or two.

It seems that the post-counts required for certain user rankings have been changed. I'm no longer a "Senior Member," I'm now just a "Member."

Yes, Senior Member now requires 1000 posts. And it looks like maybe "Hates White People" somehow got changed to Registered User as the ban title from bans starting yesterday. Weird. I need to ask Tom about it so he can fix it.

Bragi was banned because if he signed his post as Keystone than that probably means Keystone has a few sockpuppets on here and mistook which account he was on. However, the ban titles may have gotten screwed up and are now "Registered User" instead of Hates White People.

Hmm, now that you say that, I can see how his whole post could be taken in a sarcastic manner.

However, maybe this should be a lesson to members: don't sign others' names, not even in jest. Moderators don't have time for subtlety. I should have picked up on it, but it's not fair to ask a mod to try to guage whether somebody's being sarcastic or not, when there are trolls left and right, and other moderating duties to handle. Signing somebody else's name is always a telltale sign of a sock-puppet situation, and it's hard to ignore.

Luckily, these things can be reversed. I suspect the mods will get to the bottom of this soon enough, and ban/unban as needed.
