Tri-Cities -- It was David Webster's last stand before the court Thursday, but no one really expects it to be the last.

Webster will spend 20 years in prison for raping a cellmate. He used every last opportunity to act up for the camera and the court.

The judge believes he has a complete disregard for our justice system.
The prosecutor has no doubt Webster will keep bringing his case to the forefront.

"It's not all over there will be an appeal knowing Mr. Webster but I think it's over for the victims", says Melanie Tratnik, Assistant Attorney General.

Webster was already serving a lengthy sentence when he raped his cellmate at the Franklin County jail years ago. He was found guilty of that and got this new sentence because of it. Webster says he is not a rapist just a guy loud enough to stand up.

PASCO, Wash. (AP) - A man who raped a cellmate in the Franklin County Jail has been sentenced in Pasco to more than 20 years in prison.

David Webster, 40, is already serving a 26-year sentence on assault and murder-for-hire charges. He was convicted in April of second-degree rape.

KNDU-TV reports Webster is expected to appeal. He claims the sex was consensual.

The other man says Webster threatened to kill him with a shank. He had been arrested for failing to pay a court fine and was locked in a cell overnight with Webster.

Let the US send in some Marines to Liberia, stake out a landing strip and just dump the criminal negro population there on the spot. How they obtain food and shelter from that point on will be their problem, not the problem of Whites.

I wouldn't be surprised if the cellmate wasn't White. The guy was in for not paying a fine. I would say that a lawsuit will be filed.

Many whites thrown in jail for petty crimes are often times paired with niggers, as niggers make up a sizeable portion of the jail/prison population. As a result, the whites are given a much worse sentence than what the courts dished out. Black-on-white rape in prison is rampant.
