Al Qassam website - The researcher in charge of prisoner affairs, that the occupation forces kidnapped (312) residents during the month of July, at the rate (11 arrests) a day.
He added: "the total of those who have been kidnapped by the occupying forces since the beginning of this year till today rise to the (3372) case, as he had documented, including dozens of children, women and minors, and the vast majority of them from the West Bank except the war on Gaza , and the arrest of some of the fishermen at sea in the Gaza Strip.
He explained that a decline has occurred in the proportion of arrests, and the monthly number of cases of detention during the past month, is the lowest for the last months of the year.
Decline in arrests .. escalation of violations
The researcher concluded that the decline in the number of arrests does not mean that there has been a positive change the Zionist mentality in dealing with the Palestinian citizens, or a change in the policy of arrests, or in dealing with detainees in prisons adding that the violations are still rising.
